This beautiful townhouse is adjacent to the Vale de Milho golf course in Carvoeiro, which is a picturesque ex fishing village that has still retained much of it's charm throughout the years. Approximately a 20 minute walk into the town with many restaurants and bars en-route, other attractions such as Zoomarine and Aqualand splash parks are only 20 mins drive away. Slide & Splash is even closer with an 8 minute drive. Scenic destinations such as Silves and the beautiful mountainous area of Monchique are also easily accessible within 30 mins by car. Guests of the townhouse are very welcome to use the restaurant, bar and cafe facilities in the beautifully designed neighbouring Vale de Milho golf course, as membership is not required. Centeanes beach is just a 5 minute walk which offers an excellent restaurant/snack bar and watersports in the summer months. Benegil, Marinha and Carvalho beach are also close by and each of which offer something unique. Ferragudo is a 10 minute drive which has excellent beaches and restaurants.

This hugely spacious townhouse on 2 floors has 3 en-suite double bedrooms, lounge/dining area with sun terrace, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen and it's own private roof terrace from which there are 360 degree uninterrupted views to sea and mountains. The complete property is tastefully designed in specific colour themes linked with an Asian ambiance and fabulous paintings adorning the walls. The high quality of furniture is evident throughout with leather sofa seating in the lounge and every issue of comfort for guests has been carefully thought through. TV and PS2 with games.
There are 2 x double bedrooms (1 with 4 poster bed) and 1 twin room, all fully en-suite with quality fittings. 2 bedrooms open out onto the pool terrace which is separated by a grassed area. There is a further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom which can be used for an extra £150 per week. Free golf is offered for 2 named guests at the Vale de Milho course. Overall, this property is extremely well furnished and decorated and is ideally situated for a family holiday.
