Situated on the prestigous Vale do Milho Golf complex, this stunning detached villa is a ten minute walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach which offers an excellent restaurant and snack bar along with water sports in the summer months. Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar, restaurants and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. On entering the villa, there is a hallway with doors leading to the fully fitted kitchen, entrance WC and through to the lounge. The lounge is spacious and light and has satellite TV/music system and ample seating. There is a door to the left leading to the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead to the pool area. There is also a further bedroom on this side of the property. A door from the right of the lounge leads to two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, one of these bedrooms also has access to the pool through patio doors. Leadinng from the lounge is a large dining area with patio doors to an internal patio with BBQ and stairs leading to the roof terrace. The modern fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equiped and offers a further dining area. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Leading from patio doors from the lounge and two of the bedrooms is the large swimming pool and terrace which has a further BBQ and outdoor seating area with bar and external fridge, ideal for external dining. There is also a poolside shower room and WC. The pool has an electronically operated cover to optimize the pool temperature.
