The weather was unseasonably cold and wet/windy so we were pleased the villa had heating including every room, plus underfloor heating in the main bathroom and heated radiators in both bathrooms. The villa comes with heated pool (extra charge) and is a must in spring. The kids loved it! The previous occupants left some unopened food and drink items which was much appreciated after a late flight, however there is an Intermarche not far from the villa and easy to access via Uber. We found two restaurants we loved in the town which are walkable - Restaurante Monte de Mar (10 min walk away - gentle hill) and our favourite meal of the holiday, and Levels which is a nice cocktail/tapas bar on the beach. Carvoeiro was an easy walk into town and a steep climb back but fine for those of average fitness. Nice towns we recommend visiting is Silves and Ferragudo/Portimao.

The staff is always standby and extremely helpful. If you're looking for a zero-compromise place to stay while you explore the Algarve, this is it.

The location is spot on about 10 mins walk to resort with all bars and restaurants. the walk does involve a steep hill we use to walk down and grab a taxi back which were about 4 euros. This was our second visit to this villa and we have already booked for next year as enjoy it so much. |

Wonderful peacfull haven for a holiday break. The maid had put up and decorated a christmas tree, which was siperb. Location a nice 20min walk into townclifftops for the beautifull red yellow blue n purple sunsets.but of a hill back from town but we took it easy. Lots to look on walk back.The odd cold night outside was forgoten about by the lovely airconditioning and heating of the rooms,large tv with some english chanels and Youtube .The pool was heated for us and lovely n warm at a very reasonable price, we hope to go back next time wevisit portugal on our travels. Ohh and best part of all a large parking area fir ourcampervan which made our parking worries dissapear. Very safe. Loved it. A happy wife and dog and that makes me happy. Highly recomended .

We very much enjoyed our stay in Casa Ana. The house was very spacious and clean. Great location. Carvoeiro with bars and beach is a short walk. Would definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Loved the pool and the quaint town. Not super walkable with a baby and a stroller, we were glad we rented a car. The villa was comfortable and well appointed. Thanks, Kirsty from Toronto!!

A casa tem uma sala de estar, sala de jantar e cozinha em plano aberto com portas de pátio que conduzem a um pátio privado com área de refeições exterior e churrasco com uma oliveira madura para proporcionar sombra nos meses de verão.
As escadas de madeira conduzem a uma mezzanine com cama de casal. Nas traseiras da propriedade há um pequeno quarto com beliches e uma casa de banho com uma grande cabina de duche. A decoração e o mobiliário da casa são acolhedores, leves e com um ambiente de férias.
A praia de Carvoeiro fica a 10 minutos a pé e restaurantes, bares e lojas podem ser alcançados a pé. Várias outras excelentes praias estão perto, incluindo Centeanes, que é excelente para famílias com um bom restaurante/snack-bar e desportos aquáticos/passeios de barco. O famoso trilho pedestre dos sete vales suspensos começa na praia de Centeanes e vale bem a pena o esforço pelas vistas da magnífica linha costeira.
