This is a great space for a groupfamily to spread out as the entry and two bedrooms are on one floor and one bedroom, the kitchen and large living room are up one floor. Every room has a balcony. It’s almost all tile and hard surfaces which may be cool in the summer but was cold until we got the place warmed up during our late December stay. It is on the 3rd and 4th floor with an elevator. The onsite garage parking is nice to have but very very tight when the spot adjacent to the exit door is occupied. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants open even in the off season.

2 large bedrooms with ensure would be perfect for 2 couplesfamilies.
spacious doesn't cover it. it is huge. the balconies made it so enjoyable for this fabulous beach town.

My husband and I spent five pleasant days in Carvoeiro. We arrived tired after travel and were able to find a good restaurant close at hand. The village and its surroundings were lovely and we enjoyed getting our feet in the water although it was too chilly to go swimming. The views of the ocean from along the walking paths of the village are spectacular. The apartment is two stories with balconies in front and back allowing for sitting out to enjoy the sun. Her manager, through Elite Rentals, was a treat. He came to our rescue a couple of times when we needed him to help solve a few minor problems since it was our first time in Portugal. You’re guaranteed a wonderful experience at Harmony House.

Not to be providing security services, we did not feel comfortable with the cameras/sensors installed at the entrance and in the dining room as I felt watched all the time. I consider that this type of security measures, should be weighed against the users' privacy rights.

Este apartamento duplex recém-construído fica a uma curta distância de Carvoeiro e da praia. Elegante e moderno no design, os móveis e a decoração são claros e perfeitos para a localização à beira-mar. A casa está mobilada com um gosto impecável.
O quarto principal possui uma cama de casal king size com casa de banho privativa elegante e vistas deslumbrantes para o mar.
Existe ainda um quarto duplo confortável e um quarto com duas camas que partilham o acesso à casa de banho ao lado.
O quarto duplo no piso inferior é espaçoso e tem casa de banho privativa e área de vestir. Todos os quartos têm ar condicionado.
No primeiro andar existe uma segunda área de estar tranquila, equipada com sofás confortáveis que dão para o mar.
