Este apartamento está situado no campo de golfe de Gramacho, mesmo fora de Carvoeiro. O campo de golfe oferece 18 buracos e 27 greens, uma maravilhosa casa-clube aberta das 7h às 22h. O resort oferece aos clientes o uso da piscina comunitária, que é aquecida, com uma área separada para crianças. Existem muitos espreguiçadeiras fornecidas com guarda-sóis para sombra. Há também uma piscina interior aquecida, pelo que esta localização é ótima em qualquer altura do ano. O complexo é vedado e tem segurança 24 horas por dia.
O apartamento oferece três quartos duplos espaçosos, um com casa de banho em suite e os outros dois partilhando uma casa de banho completa adicional. Dois dos quartos podem ser apresentados com duas camas individuais, oferecendo flexibilidade para grupos familiares.
Existe uma cozinha grande e totalmente equipada com tudo o que irá precisar. A sala de estar e área de refeições em planta aberta beneficiam de portas de pátio que levam a uma área de estar coberta e jardins.
A piscina está mesmo em frente do apartamento.

Apartment was so clean, whole complex was extremely clean. Loved having a ground floor apartment and right infront of the swimming pool, really friendly neighbours and so peaceful no noise disturbance day or night. Spacious apartment with everything you need, the dishwasher broke on our first night so we did have to wash everything by hand which wasn’t ideal but elite rentals had someone straight out to us to sort the issue (it was unrepairable) but they had it removed and out the way for us. Supermarket onsite and ubers are €4-€5 euro into the town and it’s approx a 6minute drive. Great for families or even a golf holiday highely recommend and would definitely stay again. We was supposed to have a maid in for towel and bedding change but no one arrived so we had to wash these ourselves this is our only complaint otherwise fabulous stay.

Wir waren in 61b Gramacho · Apartment In The Heart Of Gramacho. Das Apartment ist im Erdgeschoss einer Anlage und hat direkten Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsgarten und dem Pool. Es war der Jahreszeit entsprechend sehr ruhig, was wir wirklich sehr genossen haben. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles funktioniert tadellos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Wir empfehlen vor dem erstmaligen Betreten des Apartments sicherzustellen ob die Alarmanlage an ist oder nicht, wir haben sie aus versehen aktiviert, beim Versuch sie auszuschalten… das war uns sehr unangenehm.

Ideal if you play golf. Furthermore, the supermarket is 3 minutes away and a large supermarket 10 minutes away. Various beaches are 12 minutes away. In short: an ideal place to stay for a few days.
