Localizada a uma curta caminhada de Carvoeiro, esta deslumbrante moradia de 4 quartos está situada num terreno de mais de 1000 metros quadrados, totalmente vedado e com portões eléctricos. A entrada da garagem tem espaço para vários veículos.
Na entrada há um corredor espaçoso, sala de estar e sala de jantar com janelas de aspeto triplo que inundam a área com luz natural. As portas do pátio conduzem à piscina e aos jardins. Há uma grande cozinha totalmente equipada com porta para o exterior, ideal para levar comida para o churrasco e jantar no exterior.
Existe uma casa de banho de entrada e dois quartos, ambos com casa de banho privativa. No andar de cima há mais 2 quartos com casas de banho privativas com portas de pátio para um pequeno terraço. Todos os quartos oferecem um amplo espaço de armazenamento em roupeiros embutidos.
No exterior há muita área relvada para as crianças brincarem, bicicletas para andar e uma piscina privada aquecida (extra opcional) com 14x4 metros.
Existem vários restaurantes excelentes a poucos minutos a pé e Carvoeiro fica a cerca de quinze minutos a pé. As áreas oferecem muitas praias bonitas e as grutas de Benagil ficam apenas a quinze minutos de carro da casa. O trilho pedestre dos sete vales suspensos também fica perto.
A moradia foi mobilada e decorada com um padrão muito elevado e é uma excelente escolha para umas férias em família!

Casa Albatroz: book this Villa and you won't be disappointed. Our family group of 8 adults and 2 preschool children found this Villa worked very well. The rooms are large, well laid out with quality furnishings and the kitchen is equipped with everything a large group of people could need. The outside is dominated by the large swimming pool. At the time of our holiday we'd not appreciated how cold it would bethat we would need to get the pool heated well in advance of our stay. Needless to say the children could not spend too long in the pool. The property is situated in a very quiet area, close to the excellant Vila Nova restaurant and not far from Spar for necessary grocery needs. Katharine was very responsive whenever I needed to ask somethingreport an issue. On our first day we discovered that the travel cots did not have any bedding. We contacted Katharine and she arranged for the maid to come over and sort out the problem before the little ones needed to go to be in bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Carvoeiro! The location was excellent – close to everything we needed yet still peaceful and relaxing. The villa itself was spotless and very well-maintained. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with appliances, crockery, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The lounge was comfortable and spacious with tasteful furniture which made it feel more like home than a villa. Not that we used them if we saw there were bikes provided too which was a great touch. We loved the QR code to help us manage his to use things without pestering the agent.
The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, and the whole property felt welcoming and well thought out. The heated pool was kept at a perfect temperature for swimming, which made it enjoyable at any time of day. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Carvoeiro. |

Very comfortable and cleaning bedding. The hot water never ran out. And the location is unbeatable! Only a 4-5 min drive to the town of Carvoeiro, the beach, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Being picky, I think some outside sofas for morning coffee and evening drinks would add that extra touch. Plus the large parasol over the table needs either changing or fixing as it is lobsided when in position.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Albatroz. The villa was immaculate with a large pool that our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Katharine and her team were easy to deal with both prior to and during our holiday. We had a couple of issues with sunbeds and shades that were sorted immediately. All 4 of the bedrooms were a great size and all en-suite to a high standard. A 5 minute drive into Carvoeiro with Feragudo only 10 mins away so perfect location. We were a party of nine (2 small children 1 & 4) and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend as also very reasonably priced for a high standard villa.

we were there for a family get together, our canadian family and our family parts currently residing in london, it worked perfectly. the pool was great for the kids, the 4 bedrooms all with king size beds and private bathrooms were great. i also have to add that the ladies that did the weekly cleaning and bed changes were terrific (keep these folks and give them a bonus). there is a lot of walking up and down hill to the center so be prepared (or plan on a few extra ubertaxi rides, if you have young kidsolder adults). a perfect holiday (ps: we were there for a month).

A moradia fica a uma curta distância do centro de Carvoeiro e também a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da bela praia de Centeanes. A cozinha e a sala de pequenos-almoços são modernas e de boas dimensões com frigorífico/congelador, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar loiça, forno e placa. Há uma mesa e cadeiras na área de café da manhã e tem portas de pátio para o jardim. A área de jantar tem um átrio fechado com bancada e mesa de azulejos portugueses. A sala de estar leva da sala de jantar e tem três sofás e TV de tela plana com canais do Reino Unido.
As portas do pátio abrem para o terraço da piscina com mesas e cadeiras e churrasqueira ao lado. A piscina é de bom tamanho com aquecimento da piscina, se necessário. Todos os quartos são de bom tamanho, um no piso térreo com casa de banho/chuveiro e dois quartos partilham uma casa de banho/chuveiro. Há também um vestiário separado. O quarto principal, no andar de cima, com sala de estar privativa e banheiro com chuveiro, é um espaço encantador com terraço de bom tamanho com excelentes vistas para o campo e o mar locais.
A moradia tem ar condicionado em todas as divisões - nas divisões principais e tem jardim à sua volta

Existe uma piscina privada que pode ser aquecida (custo extra), zona relvada para as crianças brincarem, dardos, ténis de mesa, mesa de bilhar e baloiços e escorregas. A moradia tem dois quartos duplos dentro da casa que partilham uma casa de banho. Há mais um sofá-cama na sala.
