No rés-do-chão, a moradia beneficia de sala de estar, jantar e cozinha em plano aberto com portas de pátio para a piscina e churrasco e tem vistas panorâmicas para o mar. Há um quarto duplo e um quarto twin no rés-do-chão, ambos com casas de banho privativas. No segundo nível, há mais uma sala com portas para um terraço privado e mais um quarto duplo e twin, ambos com casas de banho privativas e terraços privados com vista para o mar. Great week at Casa Silver. Location is excellent - just up from the town centre but on a quite road - perfect as you can walk into townto the beach easily, but have a nice quiet terrace and pool to return to. Monte Carvoeiro, located just behind the villa and easily accessed through the back gate, is really handy with a few nice restaurants and a surprisingly well stocked little supermarket. Best meal of the week was at Black Salt Restaurant in Monte Carvoeiro. Villa is spacious and would suit two familieslarge multi-generation bookings as you have two sitting rooms. Rooms are also all spaced apart so no worries with waking young kids etc. Pool is small but deep so great for jumping in to cool off. Not so good for doing lengths if that's your thing! Various sun lounge areas so everyone can find a spot to suit. Kitchen has everything you need and outdoor BBQ area is great for al fresco dining. Parking for 1 car easily and plenty of space along the road if you have 2.

Amazing villa in the beautiful village of Carvoeiro. Everything was as advertised. Excellent communication & easy self-checkin. Property is situated close to the city centre and the beach (5 min walk downhill). Rooms are very spacious (with individual bathrooms each) and the pool area is great. There are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket in the direct vicinity of the villa as well as plenty more to choose from in the city centre. All in all, we had a great time during our week at the end of August and can highly recommend staying here.

The main pool area was lovely with plenty of beds and constant sunshine but with enough shady areas for those that don’t like the sun. The pool was clean and big enough for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could think of!! With an easy walk into town and the beach this was just the perfect location. We loved it here.

I think for groups of 8 people maybe have more than one key. Also, the pool cover metal frame foot was rusty and I caught my toe on it and cut myself. Apart from that it was almost perfect!

The villa was first class, it was spacious and comfortable for all of us. My only observation would be that the subbed had past their sell by dates and the pool should have hand rails to get in and out, apart from that it was great.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful villa! The villa was super clean and had everything we needed. Especially nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The air conditioning worked great and kept the whole villa cool. The villa is also far more spacious than the photos show. We loved the pool area and the sea views were spectacular! The location is perfect, peaceful, with the best views, but also so close to restaurants and bars and the spa supermarket is a two minute walk from the back gate. We loved being so close to everything and there is no need for a car. We did get an Uber to the big supermarket and it was only 5 euros. There are some nice restaurants just outside the back gate,a it’s 5-10 minute walk to main town and the beach. We will definitely be returning!

My family and I (6 adults & 2 children ages 6 & 3) have just got back from a weeks stay at Villa Casa Silva in Carvoeiro where we had the most amazing time. The Villa is beautiful and extremely clean including the towels and bed linen smelling so fresh. the villa was big enough to allow 3 families plenty of privacy and room to relax. Each bedroom had a bathroom too. The gorgeous sea view from most rooms and the pool area was amazing. The close proximity to the beach and resort was a massive bonus taking around a 5 minute downhill walk. Even the uphill walk back was fine - a good workout after a great bite to eat in one of the many lovely eateries. We had a little hiccup with the water supply to the villa which ceased working on a Sunday afternoon - a quick call to the letting agency and a 1/2 hour wait for a plumber soon rectified the problem-excellent service. There is a supermarket 100 yards away and directly behind the villa is a courtyard offering several eateries and a cocktail bar. Here We enjoyed a tasty breakfast at The Square and our two grandchildren enjoyed eating at Elliotts who were really gracious and attentive. The only negative was the depth of the pool which I know previous reviews have also mentioned. But that said it didn’t stop our family spending all day in it - we were just extra vigilant with the kids and enjoyed making memories watching them have such a wonderful time. We cannot recommend this villa enough and would come again

A moradia fica a uma curta distância do centro de Carvoeiro e também a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da bela praia de Centeanes. A cozinha e a sala de pequenos-almoços são modernas e de boas dimensões com frigorífico/congelador, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar loiça, forno e placa. Há uma mesa e cadeiras na área de café da manhã e tem portas de pátio para o jardim. A área de jantar tem um átrio fechado com bancada e mesa de azulejos portugueses. A sala de estar leva da sala de jantar e tem três sofás e TV de tela plana com canais do Reino Unido.
As portas do pátio abrem para o terraço da piscina com mesas e cadeiras e churrasqueira ao lado. A piscina é de bom tamanho com aquecimento da piscina, se necessário. Todos os quartos são de bom tamanho, um no piso térreo com casa de banho/chuveiro e dois quartos partilham uma casa de banho/chuveiro. Há também um vestiário separado. O quarto principal, no andar de cima, com sala de estar privativa e banheiro com chuveiro, é um espaço encantador com terraço de bom tamanho com excelentes vistas para o campo e o mar locais.

Localizada a curta distância de Carvoeiro (5 minutos de carro, 20 minutos a pé), esta moradia está inserida num lote duplo, o que significa que dispõe de amplo espaço para toda a família. Existe uma piscina privada que pode ser aquecida (custo extra), zona relvada para as crianças brincarem, dardos, ténis de mesa, mesa de bilhar e baloiços e escorregas. A moradia tem dois quartos duplos dentro da casa que partilham uma casa de banho. Há mais um sofá-cama na sala. A cozinha está totalmente equipada e espaçosa e tem uma área separada para máquina de lavar roupa. Há uma mesa de jantar com vista para a piscina.
