Wonderful villa & location and very attentive host. The villa suited us so well with 6 adults, an 11 year old and a baby and having utilised the swimming pool heating meant we got full use all day (and occasionally at night!!). Some lovely restaurants across the road and even more within a 10/15 minute walk.
Had a couple of (very) minor issues that where addressed immediately and had a pleasant surprise when the cleaners arrived half way during our stay.
Overall a wonderful villa and highly recommended

A wonderful place with lots of space for all the family. The poolside area and barbecue made it a perfect spot to chill out. Location was great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby and lovely walk along the cliff tops. We were a bit disappointed with all the seaweed on the local beach but it was easy enough to take buses to other lovely beaches nearby

Really lovely family holiday. Great service from Elite when there was a local water issue. Great to have Villa cleaned etc half way through our stay.
We will be booking again with Elite and returning to the beautiful Carvoeiro.

Quiet area with stunning sea views. Good and prompt response from the host. The house was dated, but we thought it had a nice character with its Portuguese tiles and little turrets. It's a pity it was a cold-water swimming pool. Heated laundry available for a fee, but we found it too expensive. The swimming pool water was checked periodically. There was also a clean-up and tidy-up halfway through, and the towels were changed while we were away. Great! The Wi-Fi/internet coverage kept switching on and off, which our children found very annoying. Everything you need is easily accessible on foot in the local area. Beach/cove with a good restaurant right in front of our property. The Spar supermarket can be accessed on foot via the back door, and there is also a small square with restaurants. Had a wonderful holiday at the end of April!

This is a wonderful place with ocean views from several rooms and very large balconies. Heated pool was a real hit with the kids. Propane tank ran out while we were there, and they had it replaced within an hour.

Lovely villa, very well located for our family, myself and 3 children. Adjacent to lovely restaurants and a spar shop. The pictures are accurate but all rooms are actually much bigger than they look in pictures. 2 very large living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. 4 bedrooms 1 twin and 1 double upstairs and same downstairs. Only 1 small TV, upstairs, channel subscription seemed to have expired but we didn't ask about this it was too small to watch in that room anyways. Furniture is a little outdated but comfortable, clean and functional. Pool was great although it is deep for short people like me! 1.5m to 2m. Kitchen was super well equipped with all the utensils and cutlery you could need! Walk downhill to centre of town, 5-10 mins, might not be suitable for elderlyless mobile. Beautiful secluded beach right across from villa, but steep steps down to it and the wooden steps at the very bottom were broken so you need to jump/climb down. Perhaps these will be repaired soon.

Great week at Casa Silver. Location is excellent - just up from the town centre but on a quite road - perfect as you can walk into townto the beach easily, but have a nice quiet terrace and pool to return to. Monte Carvoeiro, located just behind the villa and easily accessed through the back gate, is really handy with a few nice restaurants and a surprisingly well stocked little supermarket. Best meal of the week was at Black Salt Restaurant in Monte Carvoeiro. Villa is spacious and would suit two familieslarge multi-generation bookings as you have two sitting rooms. Rooms are also all spaced apart so no worries with waking young kids etc. Pool is small but deep so great for jumping in to cool off. Not so good for doing lengths if that's your thing! Various sun lounge areas so everyone can find a spot to suit. Kitchen has everything you need and outdoor BBQ area is great for al fresco dining. Parking for 1 car easily and plenty of space along the road if you have 2.

Amazing villa in the beautiful village of Carvoeiro. Everything was as advertised. Excellent communication & easy self-checkin. Property is situated close to the city centre and the beach (5 min walk downhill). Rooms are very spacious (with individual bathrooms each) and the pool area is great. There are a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket in the direct vicinity of the villa as well as plenty more to choose from in the city centre. All in all, we had a great time during our week at the end of August and can highly recommend staying here.

The villa was beautiful. So spacious so you never felt on top of each other. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was fantastic. The downstairs lounge was bright and airy and really sociable. There were so many outside terraces …… we didn’t use all of them but the best one was off the upstairs lounge with comfy seats and Stunning views over the sea. The main pool area was lovely with plenty of beds and constant sunshine but with enough shady areas for those that don’t like the sun. The pool was clean and big enough for everyone. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could think of!! With an easy walk into town and the beach this was just the perfect location. We loved it here.

Beautiful villa with incredible views. Property very nice. Loved being able to go out back gate to a few fabulous restaurants right across the street. Very handy having a small grocery store a five minute walk away. Close to beach and downtown, a trek down the big hill and back but worth it! Gorgeous sunsets. Villa very clean and quite large.

Location was brilliant. Elite rentals were on hand to sort out any issues we had. The villa is so spacious, you were never on top of each other. Asked for some glasses as were celebrating my wife's 60th and Mariana delivered them around an hour after we asked for them, excellent service. The sunbeds were past their sell by date, they need replacing. We think that having handrails at both sides of the steps leading into the pool would be beneficial as we were all north of 60!

As described, great location and a spacious villa. Pool discoloured but as soon as it was raised as a query the pool man was sent and resolved the issue.

The villa was first class, it was spacious and comfortable for all of us. My only observation would be that the subbed had past their sell by dates and the pool should have hand rails to get in and out, apart from that it was great.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful villa! The villa was super clean and had everything we needed. Especially nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The air conditioning worked great and kept the whole villa cool. The villa is also far more spacious than the photos show. We loved the pool area and the sea views were spectacular! The location is perfect, peaceful, with the best views, but also so close to restaurants and bars and the spa supermarket is a two minute walk from the back gate. We loved being so close to everything and there is no need for a car. We did get an Uber to the big supermarket and it was only 5 euros. There are some nice restaurants just outside the back gate,a it’s 5-10 minute walk to main town and the beach. We will definitely be returning!

My family and I (6 adults & 2 children ages 6 & 3) have just got back from a weeks stay at Villa Casa Silva in Carvoeiro where we had the most amazing time. The Villa is beautiful and extremely clean including the towels and bed linen smelling so fresh. the villa was big enough to allow 3 families plenty of privacy and room to relax. Each bedroom had a bathroom too. The gorgeous sea view from most rooms and the pool area was amazing. The close proximity to the beach and resort was a massive bonus taking around a 5 minute downhill walk. Even the uphill walk back was fine - a good workout after a great bite to eat in one of the many lovely eateries. We had a little hiccup with the water supply to the villa which ceased working on a Sunday afternoon - a quick call to the letting agency and a 1/2 hour wait for a plumber soon rectified the problem-excellent service. There is a supermarket 100 yards away and directly behind the villa is a courtyard offering several eateries and a cocktail bar. Here We enjoyed a tasty breakfast at The Square and our two grandchildren enjoyed eating at Elliotts who were really gracious and attentive. The only negative was the depth of the pool which I know previous reviews have also mentioned. But that said it didn’t stop our family spending all day in it - we were just extra vigilant with the kids and enjoyed making memories watching them have such a wonderful time. We cannot recommend this villa enough and would come again

A beautiful villa with stunning views! everything you needed. The layout of the villa was perfect for our needs. With restaurants and a shop just out of the back gatea short walk in to Carviero. Highly recommended.

The property was in a beautiful prime location and was excellent, everything stated was accurate. As a family we all had a fantastic stay in what has been a very special place for us in our life. The facilities were excellent and very comfortable. The service and people were first class and could not be more helpful. A special mention to Kate who seen us through from booking to leaving. Will definitely use the service again.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish thoroughly enjoyed would use the service again. The villa was great the location was great and the customer service and facilities service was fantastic. The couple of small incidents we had were dealt with immediately, professionally with no hassles.
