Die Villa ist wunderschön. Alle Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Die 2 Küchen sind bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter.
In den 2 Wohnzimmern kann man am Abend wunderbar chillen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön. Alle Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Die 2 Küchen sind bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter.
In den 2 Wohnzimmern kann man am Abend wunderbar chillen. Eine tolle Villa für eine Gruppe. Da es einen Außengrill gibt, hatten wir auch einen Grillabend. Es gibt Föne, Waschmaschiene und Trockner, Bügeleisen und einen Stabsauger. Alles in Top Qualität. Duschbad, Shampoo und Spülung gibt es ebenfals in den Bädern. Der Pool war sehr sauber und Dank der Abdeckung schön warm. Alle Liegen am Pool waren bequem und ausreichend. Der Poolboy hat an 2 Tagen das Wasser kontrolliert. Die Lage der Villa ist gut. Ein tolles Restaurant und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 3min Entfernung. Der Strand von Carvoeiro und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in 15 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen Bäcker erreicht man in 4 min mit dem Auto. An- und Abreise sind unkompliziert. Wir hatten keinen direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. |

The 2 kitchens were so handy! We were suprised with how warm the pool was, as its quite large. The kids absolutely loved it, and stayed in there for hours. The area felt incredibly safe, and lots of lovely little restaurants dotted around. Walkable to the town, but we often got Uber (so cheap, 3euro) back because we had 4 small kids. We'll certainly be back. Kate could not have been more helpful with our booking, she really looked after us. Very happy visitors. |

We BBQ’d and also hired a private chef recommend by Katherine who was amazing.

We booked IIHA Do Sol for a family holiday for 11 people but also held a wedding renewal party for 25, the villa is spectacular very well looked after and clean, it has a very high end feel to it and has Everything you could need for a family holiday, it has a great Spar shop minutes away which is well stocked and a fantastic Italian restaurant opposite. A ten minute walk gets you to more bars and restaurants and a further 10 minutes is the beach and main square. ELITE Rentals could not have been more helpful in terms of communication and responsiveness and we would 100% recommend them as a company and if you want a luxury feel villa in a very quite location then this is the one for you. Thanks again to Kate and the tram for a memorable stay.

We could walk a short distance to the shop and a lovely Italian Restaurant.
The pool was great , we payed to have it heated as we had small children .

Everything was spot-on from check-in to check-out. The property was close to restaurants and bars but a car is recommendedbetter still an UBER taxi which are inexpensive. We did have a minor issue with a door locking mechanism on a patio door set. This was reported late one evening and the very next day two technicians arrived and fixed. The property is run professionally and would highly recommend.

A fantastic Villa, with everything that we wanted… we would 100% recommend. The only suggestion that we would have, would be to have some full length dressing mirrors in the rooms, although this did not spoil out stay in anyway The local Spar 120m awver mais

Localizada numa tranquila rua sem saída no Carvoeiro Clube, esta moradia de cinco quartos ocupa um terreno com mais de 3000 metros quadrados de jardins maduros. Há uma entrada de automóveis fechada que leva à villa de dois andares. No nível da entrada, há um corredor espaçoso com uma atraente escada curva que leva ao quarto principal e ao banheiro privativo. Existe um terraço privado a partir do quarto com vistas fabulosas. A casa de banho tem uma banheira e uma cabina de duche ao nível do chão.
No rés-do-chão encontra-se uma zona de estar e jantar com lareira e portas de pátio para os jardins e zona da piscina. MAGNÍFICA MORADIA COM 5 QUARTOS LOCALIZADA NO PRESTIGIADO CARVOEIRO CLUB
Esta magnífica moradia de um único piso tem mais de dois mil metros quadrados de jardins paisagísticos. Está localizada no prestigiado desenvolvimento Carvoeiro Club, onde existe um ginásio e clube de ténis a uma curta distância a pé e um excelente restaurante. Existem muitas praias bonitas a apenas 1,8 km da casa, acessíveis a pé ou a uma curta distância de carro. Existem alguns campos de golfe maravilhosos a apenas 10 a 15 minutos de distância.
Na entrada da moradia existe um grande hall com uma casa de banho de entrada. A sala de estar e a área de refeições é clara, em plano aberto e tem portas de pátio que levam aos jardins. Existe uma cozinha totalmente equipada com eletrodomésticos de alta qualidade, frigorífico de vinho e área de estar.
A moradia oferece cinco quartos, quatro têm camas de casal grandes e o quinto tem três camas individuais. Se necessitar de uma quinta cama de casal, dois dos colchões individuais podem ser fechados e trancados juntos. Um dos quartos de casal também tem uma cama individual ideal para uma criança. Todos os quartos têm roupeiros embutidos com muito espaço de armazenamento e acesso aos jardins. (Todas as camas têm 180cm de comprimento, pelo que seriam um bom ajuste para adultos ou crianças.
Existe uma grande lavandaria, com máquina de lavar e secar Bosch de carga frontal, tábua de engomar e área de dobragem. É também aqui que os brinquedos da piscina das crianças e carrinhos de bebé, etc. foram armazenados.
Existem três casas de banho familiares todas com chuveiros de entrada e duas oferecem banheiras de hidromassagem.
A piscina aquecida privada (o serviço de aquecimento da piscina tem um custo adicional) tem 12x5 metros e é lindamente apresentada com uma fonte de água com golfinho atrativo, uma fonte de cascata na piscina e uma cascata de rocha junto à piscina. Existe uma cozinha de piscina junto ao terraço da piscina, e totalmente equipada com tigelas de bambu e pratos de aperitivos. Grandes pratos de jantar à prova de quebra, talheres e copos altos de plástico ou copos de vinho. Esta cozinha é ideal para refeições ao ar livre e churrascos. Existe também um grande churrasco de estilo americano no terraço junto à mesa de refeições.
Existem múltiplas áreas de estar sombreadas, áreas de descanso e refeições em toda a propriedade, sempre um local para se afastar do grupo e desfrutar de leitura de um livro ou uma chávena de chá tranquila.
Os jardins maduros são lindamente mantidos com áreas de relva para as crianças brincarem. Existem numerosas paredes de azulejos com frescos pintados à mão no exterior adicionando carácter e encanto. Também, no topo da casa existe uma pequena área de estar que oferece uma vista do mar e das vilas circundantes.
