Located in the middle of the action, you can walk to the beach and to the town's many restaurants and other shops. The space was neither too big nor too small, the kitchen was user-friendly, and the two bathrooms, in addition to the shower room, were more than sufficient. Large and superb balcony to enjoy the view, but an awning offering a little shade in the afternoon would make it more pleasant. In the rooms, the beds were comfortable and the AC was very much appreciated. There were no chests of drawers for storing clothes, so the wardrobes were useful. The beach essentials are a bit worn, but practical. You have to be patient to park your car, which is surprising at first, but you quickly get the hang of it depending on the time. Communication with the host, Katharine, was pleasant and efficient. There were 3 of us adults, and we really enjoyed our week at this place. We recommend it! 👍🏻

Carvoeiro centre, the beach and the boardwalk are all on your doorstep. Carvoeiro is a beautiful little place with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars. A perfect holiday destination! It is on a busier street so you will hear some noise during the day, did not bother us at all and dies down after sunset. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The unit it on a steep hill for anyone renting a standard carthat has mobility issues.

The area can be quite lively in August. There was music most evenings in the town center, and you can occasionally hear the neighbors. As for Carvoeiro itself, peak season might not be the best time to visit. The beach is beautiful, but during high season it gets very crowded, with much of the space taken up by boat rentals and private loungers. During our stay there was so much algae that it was impossible to get into the water. That said, the apartment itself is wonderful, and outside of peak season I imagine the whole experience would be even more enjoyable.

We’ve just had an amazing 5 night break here at this AirB&B! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the gorgeous view & people watching! The local restaurants down by the beach had such a nice vibe to them and served great food…and less than a 5 see more

Amazing, only word to describe Casa Stars, the view is perfect, accommodation offers almost everything you could wish for. My only 2 issues were lack of a safe and the table on the terrace could do with anas not comfortable for more than 2 to sit at for lunch, other than that highly recommend. I have used Elite for some time now and find them very accommodating.

The apartment was perfect, great location, beautiful and comfortable interior, you can hear the waves going to sleep at night. There is a balcony as well. There are neighbours upstairs with occasional sound coming through but this was not disruptive see more
