GENERAL TERMS
BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, either by email or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request. The following charges will apply:
- More than 2 months before arrival date: A cancellation fee of 2% of the booking price will be charged.
- Between 1 and 2 months before arrival date: 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- Less than 1 month before arrival date: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
No refunds will be provided if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of their stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In the event that the reserved accommodation cannot be occupied due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the company reserves the right to substitute the original accommodation with one of equal or superior characteristics at no additional cost.
ISSUES OUT OF OUR CONTROL
- The company will not be held responsible for any interruptions in water supply caused by local council restrictions or unplanned maintenance.
- The company cannot be held liable for construction works in neighboring buildings. However, if we are made aware of such activities, we will inform the client in advance to the best of our ability.
DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"), we inform clients that by completing any forms, their personal details will be incorporated into and held in the company’s files for the purpose of providing services. Clients have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the use of their personal data. The company is responsible for managing the data in compliance with the law.
