FABULOUS ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH SPACIOUS ROOF TERRACE AND POOL JUST A SHORT WALK FROM THE CENTRE
Colina Verde apartments occupy an elevated position just a short distance from the centre of Carvoeiro. It is a small development of apartments with a shared swimming pool and there is ample parking.
Casa Lily is a one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. There is a fully fitted kitchen with small north facing terrace, a spacious lounge and dining area and a bathroom with shower over bath. The bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors lead from the bedroom and lounge area to a terrace. Stairs lead to the private roof terrace which has a built in BBQ, dining area and sun loungers. There are sea and town views and the area is fabulous any time of day being partly shaded.
The apartment is very well presented and is an excellent location as you can walk easily to the beach, restaurants and shops yet the area is peaceful and away from the main town.

Great apartment with everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Only drawback is on top of hill which gave wonderful views but very steep to climb. Recommend using uber app (takes 2 mins to arrive and only 4 euro.

We had a fabulous week! Everything about the apartment was superb, clean, loved the rooftop terrace, lots of facilities, air con was a treat too as the weather was amazing. Very well situated for the town, which had loads of fantastic restaurants to see more

We had a great time at Casa Lily. We were surprised with how well the apartment was stocked - everything you think you might need is there. It was incredibly clean and in a great location to Carvoeiro beach/town where there are numerous bars and restsee more

If you want to explore Farragudo, rocha bravaother towns too Ubers are very cheap. Thanks Katharine.

We loved sunbathing and admiring the super views from the roof terrace. Okay it was a bit of a climb from the town but we are 80 year olds so you youngsters should have no problems. God willing we’ll be back again. 10/10

The house has everything you need, super complete. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, there’s some stairs that connect quickly to the town center. I couldn’t recomend this place more and probably will be back again. Katharine and associates helped with everything and when we needed a chair for the baby’s meal it was delivered super quick. A 5 star stay. Thank you for everything!

Wow! This place is just amazing with roof top views across Carvoeiro.Two further terraces one on each side of the building.The apartment is super clean and we will definitely be re-booking in the future.
