There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, open plan to the lounge area which has patio doors leading to the spacious exterior . The bedroom, with king sized bed is well proportioned and adjacent to a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom also leads through patio doors to the exterior terrace which has furniture for al fresco dining and a BBQ., as well as two sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. In the living area both the sofa and the futon can be used as a beds, so a family can enjoy the space.
The apartment is on the first floor but there is a lift so it is suitable for those with mobility issues or small children. Being right in the centre, you can reach everything by foot so there is no need to hire a car. Restaurants, the beach & main square (100m) and bars are just a short walk. The apartment is bright, airy, well equipped (Wifi/TV 150 channels, air-conditioning) and modern, and has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Suitable for couples or a small family.
