Our newly renovated house Casa Rogers is located in a quiet and central location in Carvoeiro in the closed residential complex Fabrica Velha. Leave the car behind and explore everything on foot - no problem: the local beach, shops, hiking trails, restaurants and bars are only a stone's throw away. You can choose how you want to spend your holiday: chill out on a different different beach every day, stroll through the old towns of Silves or Lagos, go hiking or on biking tours in the Monchique Mountains, kiting in Portimao, surfing in the western Algarve, cave tours or sailing tours, visits to the water park or Sealife. Golfers are spoilt for choice, within a 25 minute drive you’ll reach many of the renowned courses in the Algarve - your time.
The house with 120 square meters of living space is divided over two floors and offers access to the terraces from both bedrooms and living rooms. The ground floor is accessible at ground level and has a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen, an air-conditioned double room with bathroom and a large terrace with dining and lounge area. In the entrance hall, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor with another living room, an air-conditioned double room with bathroom and another terrace with sun loungers and a lounge sofa. Both living rooms also have sofa beds. Via the communal area, guests can reach the communal pool with loungers and the large sunbathing area, embedded in olive trees. The house also has a private parking space in the closed area of the complex.
