Ideally situated close to Centeanes beach and Rocha brava this villa is perfect for clients who do not wish to rely on a car. Several restaurants, the beach, bars and small supermarkets can be reached by foot. The villa offers 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third twin beds. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. The house has electric shutters throughout.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.
The open plan lounge and dining area is spacious and light and has patio doors which lead to a covered exterior lounge area, the garden and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with door to the BBQ and external dining area. Surrounding the house is an attractive mature garden with palms, grass area for kids to play and fruit trees. The house is fully gated and there is space for several cars on the private driveway.

Patio furniture was old and some was broken, cushions outside look old and dirty. BBQ looked great in the pictures, which was one reason we picked this villa, but could be a lot better. Much to small to cook for six people and a bit rusty. Sort thesesee more

Good local bar and restaurants a few minutes walk and an easy walk into the main town. A few minutes and you are on a spectacular coastal walking path. A great family holiday. Our only criticism would be the beds whilst not detracting from the overall experience were a little uncomfortable.
