Within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five-minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
On entering the villa there is a spacious dining area with a stunning feature ceiling and patio doors to an inner courtyard leading with stairs to the roof terrace.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area with patio doors to the pool area.
A door from the lounge leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom offering bath, twin sinks and walk in shower.
On the other side of the house there are two twin bedrooms sharing the use of a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering walk in shower and bath.
All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and have patio doors leading to the pool and terrace.
Externally there is a covered seating area featuring traditional blue and white Portuguese tiles. There is a BBQ and large terrace surrounding the private heated swimming pool 11x5m (heating optional extra) with roman end steps.
The villa is fully gated and benefits from an alarm. The private driveway has space for several vehicles.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Beautifully well kept villa. Great pool and outdoor area. We loved the BBQ in the courtyard.
Good security with a lockable front gate and electric shutters on the windows.
A couple of minor things we needed when we arrived were quickly sorted out see more

A perfect family getaway: We had a super stay at this spacious, spotless villa in Carvoeiro. Travelling as a family with children and grandparents, we were hoping for comfort, space, and a bit of luxury and this villa delivered all of that and more. The layout was ideal for a multigenerational group: everyone had their own room to retreat to, but the common areas were generous and inviting. The villa was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The highlight, of course, was the gigantic pool. Honestly, it exceeded all our expectations—huge, sparkling, and a total hit with all ages. Location-wise, it was perfect— we had a rebtal car and it was suoer close to Carvoeiro town for little outings, great food, and beach time. Thank you!

As we had only been there for less than 3 days we said it was unnecessary and we expected them to return after the weekend. The maids never came at all which meant the towels and bedding was not changed for 10 nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s listing. The villa is spacious, well laid out with the additional benefit of an optional heated good size pool. Located near the lighthouse and Rocha Brava Resort and within a short walking distance of Praia do Vale de Centeanes beach. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to the beautiful Vale de Milho 9 hole course. We are looking forward to returning soon again.

Located in an enviable position just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this newly constructed villa is modern in style and architecture, luxurious and highly attractive.
On a fully fenced plot, the villa is accessed through electric gates and there is a private driveway with space for several cars. On entrance level there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which is flooded with natural light due to the numerous patio doors to the external areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and there is a separate laundry area. There are one bedroom with en suite bedroom and a further service WC. Both bedrooms benefit from patio doors to a seating area.
Stairs lead to two further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (not en suite) and an area ideal for working which is complete with printer. There is a fabulous terrace with lounge furniture for relaxing or sunbathing and enjoying the sea view. Stairs lead to the roof terrace which is equipped with chairs and enjoys the same great view.
All bedrooms have king size beds and have plenty of storage. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout making this a perfect house for any time of year.
Externally, there is a private heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers surrounding. The garden includes a grass area ideal for children to play. There is an external bathroom.13 reviews -
THIS BEAUTIFUL 4 BEDROOM VILLA IS IDEALLY SITUATED CLOSE TO MONTE CARVOEIRO AND ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE CENTER OF CARVOEIRO. STEPS TO PARAISO BEACH ARE JUST OUTSIDE THE VILLA!
On the ground floor, the villa benefits from an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors to the pool and BBQ and has panoramic sea views. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the second level, there is a further lounge with doors to a private terrace and a further double and twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the sea. Conveniently, the back garden has a private door leading to Monte Carvoeiro's selection of restaurants and bars.
