Within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five-minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
On entering the villa there is a spacious dining area with a stunning feature ceiling and patio doors to an inner courtyard leading with stairs to the roof terrace.
There is a large fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area with patio doors to the pool area.
A door from the lounge leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom offering bath, twin sinks and walk in shower.
On the other side of the house there are two twin bedrooms sharing the use of a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering walk in shower and bath.
All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and have patio doors leading to the pool and terrace.
Externally there is a covered seating area featuring traditional blue and white Portuguese tiles. There is a BBQ and large terrace surrounding the private heated swimming pool 11x5m (heating optional extra) with roman end steps.
The villa is fully gated and benefits from an alarm. The private driveway has space for several vehicles.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

We arrived on Tuesday evening, the maids came on Friday and asked if we wanted the towels changed. As we had only been there for less than 3 days we said it was unnecessary and we expected them to return after the weekend. The maids never came at allsee more

As we had only been there for less than 3 days we said it was unnecessary and we expected them to return after the weekend. The maids never came at all which meant the towels and bedding was not changed for 10 nights.

Thank you for your feedback, i think what has happened here is that the maids misunderstood as they do not speak english. I can only aplogise as you should have had clean sheets.

Anyone who is looking at this property I would say book it before you miss the chance.

What a week we had in this stunning villa, it was everything we wanted for a family of 5. The heated pool was a great option. The villa had everything we needed and it was a lovely quite area. Katherine was so easy to deal with and on hand if we needsee more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s listing. The villa is spacious, well laid out with the additional benefit of an optional heated good size pool. Located near the lighthouse and Rocha Brava Resort and within a short walking distance of Praia do Vale de Centeanes beach. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the close proximity to the beautiful Vale de Milho 9 hole course. We are looking forward to returning soon again.

Located a short distance from Carvoeiro (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot), this house is set on a double plot, which means it has ample space for the whole family. There is a private pool that can be heated (extra cost), grassed area for children to play, darts, table tennis, pool table, and swings and slides. The house has two double bedrooms inside that share a bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and has a separate area for the washing machine. There is a dining table with a view of the pool. Located on Estrada do Farol or Restaurant Hill as it is often referred to, you can literally walk out of the villa gates and stroll to the beach, look round the shops, eat in one of the many fabulous restaurants or enjoy a gin and tonic in one of the bars or cafes in the village or on the beach front. The villa is one of the oldest residences in the centre of town and this has been reflected in the renovation of this split-level traditional property. There is parking for several vehicles in a private, gated driveway. On entrance level a new, fully fitted kitchen has been blended with the traditional tiles to keep the character offered by the house. There is a small courtyard outside the kitchen with washing machine and clothes drying area. The kitchen leads through an archway to the dining area and lounge, with wood burner and flat screen tv, both rooms have doors to the outside. The back of the property is very private with gated and heated swimming pool with space for sun loungers and several sunny or shaded areas for sitting, dining or having a BBQ. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, the master with a double bed, built in wardrobe and small balcony, the second with twin beds and built-in wardrobe. These bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with walk in shower. On the lower level there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a small double bed and one single bed and a built in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate shower room
