Located a 10 minute walk from Carvoeiro square, this villa is part of a small residential estate making it quiet yet close to the restaurants and bars the town has to offer. There are three bedrooms, the master being a double with en suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and there is a further shower room.
The lounge and dining area is spacious and fully equipped with satellie TV, wifi, log burning stove and comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted and there is a laundry area outiside.
Patio doors from the master bedroom and lounge lead to the terrace, private swimming pool and outdoor eating area. There is a very comfortable garden lounge set, dining table, large BBQ and a fabulous roof terrace.
The villa is well equiped for holiday rentals with hairdryers, pool towels and a safe provided. The private swimming pool is 8x5m. A car is not essential as restaurants, bars and shops are within an easy distance.
Overall, this villa is in an excellent positoin and is very well furnished, perfect for families or couples.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

The pool, the air conditioning, the tidy and well kept grounds. Our cleaning service was excellent and our visit from the Elite Rentals lady was really nice.

The shower head in the second bathroom was broken for our whole stay. There seemed to be some confusion over this but it didn't really impact our stay. Perhaps not have the fold up bed in the third bedroom as it takes up quite a lot of space.

Lovely stay at Casa Bonita. Gorgeous pool in a quiet location 15 minutes walk from town. So many beautiful beaches nearby. We used Bolt for taxis which were quick to arrive and reasonably priced.
