LOCATED CLOSE TO A GOLF COURSE, THIS STUNNING DETACHED VILLA IS A TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL CENTEANES BEACH WHICH OFFERS A RESTAURANT AND SNACK BAR ALONG WITH WATER SPORTS IN THE SUMMER.
Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym.
Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west and offers many more restaurants, shops and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
This single story tastefully furnished and well equipped villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The garden has a number of fruit trees and the drive is ample for several cars. The pool area is very private and optimally orientated for the sun with covered eating area providing shelter from the sun adjacent to the BBQ area. All bedrooms, lounge and dining area have air conditioning/heating and all have patio doors leading to the pool and outside area.
There is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering double basin unit with shaver point, WC, bath and walk in shower. The villa (& pool) is definitely larger in person, than in the photos. Cleaners came once a week (which was incredible) & the pool cleaners visited often too!! Incredible level of upkeep & maintenance whilst we stayed. Katherine @ Elite Rentals was super responsive and responded to any queries we had so quickly (within less than an hour!). We felt very looked after. It’s about a short car journey/taxi to the main town (Carvoeiro)if you’re fit… probably a 20-25 minute walkso. We would jump at the chance to stay at the villa again in the future - if we were to visit Portugal again!! I cannot recommend this villa enough

The shutter doors on master bedroom are broken and quite a lot of the tiles around the pool are cracked. However, the villa is beautiful and we have booked again for next year, just a few repairs needed maybe to keep it as lovely as it is and can besee more

The villa was spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was well maintained and a great size. A short drivetaxi ride (6Euros) to the centre with plenty to do.
