CASA COLINA, A STUNNING DETACHED VILLA , TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL CENTEANES BEACH WHICH OFFERS A RESTAURANT AND SNACK BAR ALONG WITH WATER SPORTS IN THE SUMMER.
Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the West and offers many more restaurants and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three courses.
Casa Colina enjoys an elevated position on a large 2000 square meter plot with entrance through large electric gates and up a large sweeping driveway. Leading from the hallway is the fully fitted recently refurbished kitchen and a twin bedroom with full en suite bathroom. The hall then leads through to a dining room with patio doors to enclosed patio with BBQ , seating area and stairs to the roof terrace. There are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin with the use of a full bathroom. The lounge is the central room in the property and has patio doors leading to the terrace and pool area. The master bedroom leads from the lounge and benefits from a full en suite bathroom. The bedrooms all benefit from fitted wardrobes and all bathrooms have been recently refurbished.
Externally, there is a large private heated swimming pool with separate children's pool surrounded by the terrace. There is a further BBQ with shaded eating area, poolside shower and large garden with shrubs and native flowers such as Bougainvillea and Hibiscus. Overall, Casa Colina is extremely well situated and furnished and is ideal for families.

One small negative would be the lack of lighting from the terrace steps down to the pool/BBQ area, could be considered somewhat dangerous.

It is a beautiful villa with great facilities.
Pool is a great size and the area around is well kept
The gazebo and new seating are a bonus when it gets very warm
Location is perfect for restaurants, supermarkets and the beach

A few more large mugs for hot drinks (only 5 between 6 adults)
Provide a filter coffee machine
Fridge does not cope when it gets very warm and takes overnight to chill
Provide a way of watching TV. No local TV channels tuned and chromecast will not see more
