Located on Estrada do Farol or Restaurant Hill as it is often referred to, you can literally walk out of the villa gates and stroll to the beach, look round the shops, eat in one of the many fabulous restaurants or enjoy a gin and tonic in one of the bars or cafes in the village or on the beach front.
The villa is one of the oldest residences in the centre of town and this has been reflected in the renovation of this split-level traditional property.
There is parking for several vehicles in a private, gated driveway.
On entrance level a new, fully fitted kitchen has been blended with the traditional tiles to keep the character offered by the house. There is a small courtyard outside the kitchen with washing machine and clothes drying area. The kitchen leads through an archway to the dining area and lounge, with wood burner and flat screen tv, both rooms have doors to the outside.
The back of the property is very private with gated and heated swimming pool with space for sun loungers and several sunny or shaded areas for sitting, dining or having a BBQ.

Casa Isobel is a spacious, 4 bed villa with the benefit of a pool and aircon. The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach. Great family villa with private pool! The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach. The kitchen and the breakfast room are both modern and of good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area and this has patio doors to the garden. The dining area has the enclosed atrium leading off it with Portuguese tiled bench and table. The sitting room leads from the dining room and has three settees and flat screen tv with UK channels. Patio doors lead off to the pool terrace with tables and chairs and bbq to one side. The pool is a good size with pool heating if required. All the bedrooms are good size with one on the ground floor having an en suite shower/bathroom and two bedrooms share a bath/shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom. The master bedroom, upstairs, with its en suite sitting room and shower room is a lovely space with good sized terrace with great views of the local countryside and sea.
