I stayed at Casa da Lua with my family for 7 nights and had the most amazing stay! I cannot overstate how amazing this villa is in real life - the photos are stunning but don’t do it justice. It was clean, modern and just what we were looking for to enjoy a chilled week away. Kitchen was huge and had so many appliances for us to use (the host even provided us with a great selection of food/drinks when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Bedrooms are large and comfortable with huge bathrooms and powerful showers. The outdoor pool area has stunning views of the surrounding neighbourhood and was so peaceful and quiet too. The host Katharine and all of the staff we encountered at elite rentals were also fantastic and were attentive before the trip to answer questions and were quick to respond to any minor questions during the stay. I am beyond grateful to them for spending time to retrieve and post an item back to the uk we lost at a local restaurant the night before we flew home.

Villa parfaite. 4 belles chambres assez semblables, au moins pas de bagarres :)
Cuisine et barbecue parfaits.
Piscine top.
Lieu calme.
On avait peur du vis à vis et en fait c’était top. Zéro soucis on se sent super bien dans la maison, aussi bien dehors que dedans.
Les dames du ménage sont d’une gentillesse ! J’ai adoré. C’était parfait. Toutes les demandes par mail ont été traitées extrêmement vite aussi dès que nous avons eu la moindre question ou petit soucis.
La climatisation est top. Pour une fois je n’ai pas eu froid et elle était réglée parfaitement pour tout le monde.
Je reloue avec Elite pour l’année prochaine sans faute :)))

Même si on se sentait super bien il manquait quelques arbres pour nous cacher un peu de la maison d’à côté mais sinon nous n’avons rien à dire sur cette maison. On l’a beaucoup aimée.
Il manque peut être un deuxième parasol car la terrasse est toujours très ensoleillée pour déjeuner et un seul c’est pas assez pour toute la table.
Et dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une petite pièce pour faire nos séances de sport.

La villa casa de la lua est vraiment incroyable, extraordinaire, magnifique et surtout magique. Nous avons passés avec ma famille une semaine de rêve en profitant au maximum de la villa. Une technologie incroyable tout est contrôlé par des minis écrans. La partie extérieur avec le salon de jardin est super belle. La piscine a débordement a été très apprécié par les enfants. Les moments en famille à profiter du soleil ont été nombreux. 10mn de la plage à pied c’est un vrai plus pour profiter de la belle plage val de Centianes. Katharine a été vraiment pro et surtout très réactive pendant tout le séjour. Je recommande fortement.

Our family get together at Casa Do Loa was great. The place is very spacious and comfortable for large groups. The house is well equipped, Kathrine’s team had also put some basic groceries for us, bread, eggs, butter, which was highly appreciated. One has to be tech savvy to operate the modern amenities, once you get a hang of it every thing runs smoothly. We had a wonderful 9 days, thank you Kathrine and the Elite Rentals team. I would highly recommend them.

Casa Isobel is a spacious, 4 bed villa with the benefit of a pool and aircon.
The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach.
Great family villa with private pool!

The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach. The kitchen and the breakfast room are both modern and of good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area and this has patio doors to the garden. The dining area has the enclosed atrium leading off it with Portuguese tiled bench and table. The sitting room leads from the dining room and has three settees and flat screen tv with UK channels.

Patio doors lead off to the pool terrace with tables and chairs and bbq to one side. The pool is a good size with pool heating if required. All the bedrooms are good size with one on the ground floor having an en suite shower/bathroom and two bedrooms share a bath/shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom. The master bedroom, upstairs, with its en suite sitting room and shower room is a lovely space with good sized terrace with great views of the local countryside and sea.
The villa has air con throughout - in the major rooms and has garden surrounding it

The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

O' Charco Lovely villa with annex with private pool Carvoeiro - Villa

Located a short distance from Carvoeiro (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot), this house is set on a double plot, which means it has ample space for the whole family. There is a private pool that can be heated (extra cost), grassed area for children to play, darts, table tennis, pool table, and swings and slides. The house has two double bedrooms inside that share a bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and has a separate area for the washing machine. There is a dining table with a view of the pool. The annex has an additional double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, television, fridge and kettle. There is a large barbecue and external dining table. The house is completely enclosed and secure so you can relax while the children play.
