The house is located in a nice and quiet residential area within walking distance (15 min) from the beach and the lively center of Carvoeiro. The apartment is very spacious and welcoming with 3 bedrooms, cosy sitting/dining area, a remarkably well equipped kitchen and two large terraces with a fantastic view. You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday, we felt right at home. The communication with Katharine was clear and efficient.

Het is heel ruim, ruimer dan het op de foto's lijkt. Communicatie was helder en we mochten eerder inchecken. Er was op een gegeven moment geen stroom, maar we zijn meteen geholpen.

Perfekte, großzügige und exklusive Unterkunft, auch für Gäste mit hohen Ansprüchen! Wir haben 5 Tage in der oberen und 5 Tage in der unteren (mit Garten und Pool) Wohnung gewohnt und somit die komplette Villa genutzt. Ideal!

Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Carvoeiro, Casa La Isla Bonita is an exceptional villa offering sea views and superb living space. Just 1km from the beach on a quiet cul de sac, Casa La Isla Bonita is an excellent location for a family holiday being close to Carvoeiro but offering space and privacy in private grounds. On entrance level there is the living area with fully fitted kitchen with small breakfast bar. The dining area has a stunning dome ceiling and leads to the lounge area. There is a spacious terrace with external dining and lounge furniture to enjoy the sea and garden view. There is an entrance WC. For those with a car, there is a gated driveway for several vehicles. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes and benefit from patio doors leading to the external area. The swimming pool (13x7m) can be heated for additional fee and has plenty of space for sun loungers. The mature gardens surround the house and offer colour as well as natural shade areas with large palm trees. There is a large BBQ and more dining furniture in the gardens and also the use of a tennis court. The villa is truly special with beautiful views, mature gardens and stunning traditional features within the house. The house and pool is private to you. The tennis court is shared between 3 houses There is a private gated driveway and i would recommend a car. The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Electric gates lead up a private driveway to the entrance of the house. There is a fully fitted kitchen and entrance WC, dining area with patio doors leading to an inner courtyard with BBQ. The lounge area has triple aspect windows which flood the room with light. Patio doors lead to the private pool (9x4m), terrace and further BBQ area. There is external dining table and chairs which benefit from a retractable awning for shade. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds which share the use of the family bathroom. The villa has been really beautifully furnished and is extremely well presented, a perfect choice for a family holiday!1 review
