The house has two double bedrooms inside that share a bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and has a separate area for the washing machine. There is a dining table with a view of the pool. The annex has an additional double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, television, fridge and kettle. There is a large barbecue and external dining table. Located on Estrada do Farol or Restaurant Hill as it is often referred to, you can literally walk out of the villa gates and stroll to the beach, look round the shops, eat in one of the many fabulous restaurants or enjoy a gin and tonic in one of the bars or cafes in the village or on the beach front. The villa is one of the oldest residences in the centre of town and this has been reflected in the renovation of this split-level traditional property. There is parking for several vehicles in a private, gated driveway.
