Casa Irena is a spacious 4 bedroomed villa with pool just 5 minutes walk to the village. This single storey villa occupies an excellent position at the top of Rua do Farol. The property is surrounded by mature gardens and has a private heated swimming pool with terrace offering sunbeds, external dining area, BBQ and stairs to the roof terrace with superb sea views.
On entrance there is a private gated driveway with space for several vehicles. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a large lounge with TV and patio doors to pool area. The shallow end of the pool is 0.8 metres and the deep end is 2 metres. Pool heating is available at an additional cost if required. There are four bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin and 3 bathrooms. All rooms are spacious.
Within easy reach on foot are two beaches, Carvoeiro and Centeanes. Restaurants, shops and bars are also just a short walk so there is no need to hire a car.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

The kitchen supplies were impressive - very well stocked with all the essentials, it even had an airy fryer which was a bonus!
Outside, we enjoyed the good sized pool, BBQ and outdoor fridge. |

If we had to mention areas for improvement, the sun loungers could definitely do with replacing - they looked old and grubby and were very uncomfortable, with a bar that presses into your back when lying down. The small outdoor side tables have also see more

The main issue we had was the ants. We’re used to the occasional ant or two when staying at villas, but this seemed like on another level - there were large numbers of them in the bathrooms, all bedrooms, kitchen and all outdoor areas. We had to use ant spray daily to try and keep them under control. It felt like an infestation, which was a real downside. Due to this issue, we can only rate accommodation and cleanliness as average. |

Lovely large villa. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue and plenty space for our large family. Two large seating areas outside for dining.
Pool is such a plus in the heat.
Short walk ( 3 mins) to nearest shop and some good restaurants. Further see more

The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach.
Great family villa with private pool!
The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre and also approx 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach. The kitchen and the breakfast room are both modern and of good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area and this has patio doors to the garden. The dining area has the enclosed atrium leading off it with Portuguese tiled bench and table. The sitting room leads from the dining room and has three settees and flat screen tv with UK channels.
Patio doors lead off to the pool terrace with tables and chairs and bbq to one side. The pool is a good size with pool heating if required. All the bedrooms are good size with one on the ground floor having an en suite shower/bathroom and two bedrooms share a bath/shower room. There is also a separate cloakroom. The master bedroom, upstairs, with its en suite sitting room and shower room is a lovely space with good sized terrace with great views of the local countryside and sea.

Located a short distance from Carvoeiro (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot), this house is set on a double plot, which means it has ample space for the whole family. There is a private pool that can be heated (extra cost), grassed area for children to play, darts, table tennis, pool table, and swings and slides. The house has two double bedrooms inside that share a bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and has a separate area for the washing machine. There is a dining table with a view of the pool. The annex has an additional double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, television, fridge and kettle. There is a large barbecue and external dining table. The house is completely enclosed and secure so you can relax while the children play.
