LOCATED ON VALE DO MILHO THIS FABULOUS THREE BEDROOM VILLA IS PERFECT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY
Located Vale do Milho, the three-bedroom villa occupies a large plot with private swimming pool. Vale do Milho is a residential estate surrounding a 9 hole par 3 golf course and is a short walk to Centeanes Beach. The villa has a large private driveway with space for several vehicles. There is a fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry area, dining area and spacious lounge.
There is a master bedroom with Super king size bed (which can be separated if necessary to make a twin bedroom) and en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a super king bed which can be separated to twin beds if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms lead with patio doors to the terrace and pool area and have ample wardrobe and storage. There is an inner courtyard with BBQ and seating area.
Externally there is a private heated (optional extra) swimming pool 9x4 meters and a further BBQ and covered seating area. The villa is fully air conditioned and has fibre optic broadband.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Nothing major, however, on arrival the toilet in bathroom 2 was blocked, this was resolved very quickly by the office. The washing machine leaked, not sure if it was the machine or the water pipe connection. as the washing machine was outside of the see more

Both bathrooms could do with a make over/decoration. Bathroom 2 had black mould on a wall and the ceiling. None of the above detracted from a great stay in the this villa. The staff were great. Thank you. |

More than satisfied the expectations. with 2 adults and 4 adolescents from 12 to 17. Lovely house with spacious kitchen with all amenities. 2 great bathrooms and nice spacious bedrooms. Lovely terrace with several seats. And of course the pool with ssee more

Lovely terrace with several seats. And of course the pool with sunbeds. If you have any questionssomething is broken, you will respond directly to that. Nice beach in bay is a 15-minute walk away. Town with taxi is easy to do. About 7 euros.
