This beautifully renovated fisherman’s cottage is located in the very heart of Carvoeiro, just 200 metres from the beach, and enjoys stunning sea views from multiple levels. The entrance opens into a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, where elegant arched windows frame breathtaking views of the sea and fill the space with natural light. On this level, there is a charming double bedroom, along with a spacious bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a bath.
Stairs lead to the master bedroom, which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two patio doors open onto a small private terrace, offering fabulous sea views and a peaceful place to start or end the day.
From the living area, doors lead out to a private external space with a small plunge pool, a garden planted with fig and lemon trees, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, ideal for relaxed meals in the Algarve sunshine. Further stairs lead to an upper terrace furnished with comfortable lounge seating, where 360-degree views of the village and coastline create a truly special setting.
Several excellent golf courses are in close proximity, as well as the famous Seven Hanging Valleys walking trail, making this an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration. Perfectly situated on a quiet residential estate this villa is perfect for a quiet holiday. Villa Pool heating (additional extra) it is perfect all year round!
The villa offers two bedrooms all with en suite facilities, two double bedrooms. The bathrooms are all modern and well appointed The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to the dining area, the lounge is comfortable and well furnished and leads with patio doors to the garden and pool. The garden has a grass area for children to play and a large heated swimming pool. There is a BBQ and eating area for al fresco dining. The house is fully air conditioned and has electric shutters. The villa has been recently modernised and is furnished to the highest standard.

Occupying an elevated plot just a short walk from Praia do Vale Centeanes, this single storey three bedroom villa is a perfect choice for family holidays!
Electric gates lead up a private driveway to the entrance of the house. There is a fully fitted kitchen and entrance WC, dining area with patio doors leading to an inner courtyard with BBQ. The lounge area has triple aspect windows which flood the room with light. Patio doors lead to the private pool (9x4m), terrace and further BBQ area. There is external dining table and chairs which benefit from a retractable awning for shade. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds which share the use of the family bathroom.
The villa has been really beautifully furnished and is extremely well presented, a perfect choice for a family holiday!3 reviews
