Situated on the prestigous Vale do Milho Golf complex, this stunning detached villa is a ten minute walk to the beautiful Centeanes beach which offers an excellent restaurant and snack bar along with water sports in the summer months.
Also within a short walk there are several excellent restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex which offers a supermarket, bar, restaurants and sporting facilities including tennis and a gym. Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west which has many more restaurants and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
Casa Joana has a large sweeping driveway which leads from the gate at the bottom right up to the front door of the villa. On entering the villa, there is a hallway with doors leading to the fully fitted kitchen, entrance WC and through to the lounge. The lounge is spacious and light and has satellite TV/music system and ample seating. There is a door to the left leading to the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead to the pool area. There is also a further bedroom on this side of the property. A door from the right of the lounge leads to two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, one of these bedrooms also has access to the pool through patio doors.
Leading from the lounge is a large dining area with patio doors to an internal patio with BBQ and stairs leading to the roof terrace. The modern fully fitted kitchen and offers a further dining area. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Leading from patio doors from the lounge and two of the bedrooms is the large swimming pool and terrace which has a further BBQ and outdoor seating area. Surrounding the property are well maintained gardens with native flowers and shrubs. Overall, Casa Joana has been lovingly furnished and is extremely well equipped.

Lovely, spacious villa, good size pool and plenty of outside space. Kitchen is big, well equipped with glasses, plates, cutlery, 2 coffee machines, washing machine, washing line outside.

We love this Villa & Carvoeiro, just returned from our 9th stay. Really close to local restaurants all very good & a 10 minute stroll to beach. Town is only a 10 minute taxi ride where you will find loads of restaurants & music (maybe summer only) |

We had the most amazing week at the Casa Joanna! The villa was as described and even more beautiful than the photos, so comfortable to stay in with doors opening from the back bedrooms to the patio/swimming pool area too. Katherine and others from thsee more
We had the most amazing week at the Casa Joanna! The villa was as described and even more beautiful than the photos, so comfortable to stay in with doors opening from the back bedrooms to the patio/swimming pool area too. Katherine and others from the rental company were always so helpful and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. Our kids spent so much time in the pool, which was really well maintained (someone came to clean/maintain it twice in the week we were there). The villa is also just a 10 minute walk to Centianes beach which is beautiful and quieter than nearby Carvoeiro, it also has an amazing restaurant called the O-Stop, and we got a tour of the caves from the beach too. There’s also a good choice of other restaurants within walking distance too. Thank you for such an easy, enjoyable stay - it was such a memorable holiday for us all, and we can’t wait to come back again!

This was our first family holiday together - 6 adults and an infant. I have to say we couldn’t have asked for anything better than this. Great value for money too! We enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor area where we all chilled and ate our eveningsee more

We enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor area where we all chilled and ate our evening meals. The villa was so spacious inside, the kitchen and bedrooms were all a good size. Walking distance to the beach. Katharine accommodated for everything we requested from the start and the links she gave for transport were great too and useful during our holiday. We all agreed that we would definitely like to go back to the villa. Katharine and team - thank you from all of us.

We had a wonderful stay for our cousin's wedding. The setting, the villa, the pool everything was of quality and we felt very good there. Everything is 7 minutes away (beach, restaurant, shop...). Great! My 6-year-old daughter even left a drawing whisee more
