Carvoeiro - Villa

Located a short distance from Carvoeiro (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot), this house is set on a double plot, which means it has ample space for the whole family. There is a private pool that can be heated (extra cost), grassed area for children to play, darts, table tennis, pool table, and swings and slides. The house has two double bedrooms inside that share a bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious and has a separate area for the washing machine. There is a dining table with a view of the pool. The annex has an additional double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, television, fridge and kettle. There is a large barbecue and external dining table. The house is completely enclosed and secure so you can relax while the children play. Additional pool heating 250€ per week

Located on Estrada do Farol or Restaurant Hill as it is often referred to, you can literally walk out of the villa gates and stroll to the beach, look round the shops, eat in one of the many fabulous restaurants or enjoy a gin and tonic in one of the bars or cafes in the village or on the beach front. The villa is one of the oldest residences in the centre of town and this has been reflected in the renovation of this split-level traditional property. There is parking for several vehicles in a private, gated driveway. On entrance level a new, fully fitted kitchen has been blended with the traditional tiles to keep the character offered by the house. There is a small courtyard outside the kitchen with washing machine and clothes drying area. The kitchen leads through an archway to the dining area and lounge, with wood burner and flat screen tv, both rooms have doors to the outside. The back of the property is very private with gated and heated swimming pool with space for sun loungers and several sunny or shaded areas for sitting, dining or having a BBQ. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, the master with a double bed, built in wardrobe and small balcony, the second with twin beds and built-in wardrobe. These bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with walk in shower. On the lower level there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a small double bed and one single bed and a built in wardrobe.
