Muriel- Situated On The Highly Prestigious Club Atlantico Resort 4km To The East Of Carvoeiro, This Stunning Villa Offers A Quiet, Secluded Location With The Benefits Of Being Close To all amenities.
The nearest beach is Carvalho which is one of the most beautiful beaches on this stretch of coastline and this is a 10 minute walk from the villa. As well as the private facilities of the villa, Clube Atlantico has a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, children's play area and an award winning restaurant. In addition, the Rocha Brava complex is just a 10 minute walk away where there is a four court tennis and fitness centre, bike hire, supermarket, coffee shop and serveral bars and restaurants. A PADI dive centre is located 2kms away. Within 10kms there are two excellent golf courses namely Pestana Gramacho and Vale do Pinta (which offer guests a 20% discount). Carvoeiro offers a huge selection of excellent restaurants, bars and shops.
The villa features a gated entrance and large entrance hallway with four spacious en suite bedrooms on the ground level. The master suite offers a king size bed, television, safe and full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom and fourth bedroom can either be made as a twin bedroom or king size bed and both has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. All bedrooms are air conditioned with built in wardrobes and each has a Remington hair dryer. Each bedroom has double patio doors to the pool and gardens.
Upstairs the villa has a fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen, including coffee machine. A large lounge and dining area offering panoramic sea and countryside views including the Alfanzina lighthouse. There is a spacious terrace offering the same stunning views and outdoor eating area with rattan furniture and a built in BBQ. There is an external sound system at both pool and terrace level.
Externally there is a heated swimming pool (10x4m) and patio area with rattan style cushioned sunbeds. The property is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens,is fully gated and there is a large driveway offering ample parking. Overall, the villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and is perfect for a quiet, relaxing family holiday or a more energetic golf/sporting break.
