This four bedroom villa is ideally situated on the prestigous Vale do Milho golf complex just minutes from the vale do Milho restaurant. This stunning detached villa is a 15 minute walk to Centeanes beach which offers a restaurant and snack bar along with water sports in the summer months. Carvoeiro is a five minute drive to the west and offers many shops, restaurants and bars and is home to the outstanding Pestana Golf complex offering three championship courses.
The ground level of the villa offers a spacious lounge and dining area with patio doors to the gardens and pool, fully fitted modern kitchen with American style fridge freezer and three bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering walk in shower and bath, there is a further twin bedroom and a twin/king size bedroom (beds can be unzipped) with the use of a further bathroom offering walk in shower, sink & WC. On this level there is also an entrance WC.
All bedrooms have access to the gardens and pool area. Upstairs, there is a master suite with en suite shower room and doors to a private terrace with 360 degree views. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Externally there is a private tennis court (rackets provided), a large private swimming pool with charming covered seating area, BBQ area and extensive mature gardens with plenty of grass area for children to play.
Overall, this is a fabulous villa in a fantastic location.

Location superb with very quiet roads and surroundings. Response from team to shutter repair and help with alarm very quick and helpful. Outdoor space was excellent, well maintained as was the pool.

The Villa file is dated and needs updating. Eg instructions for using TV etc But otherwise difficult to find fault! Perhaps some of inside could be refreshed/updated over time.

We’ve been visiting Carvoeiro for over 40 years so very familiar with the area and the villa is one of our best. Very spacious villa with a fabulous pool and lovely gardens. Good location to the town and beaches nearby. Our only request would be for see more
