This newly built contemporary villa has been designed to enjoy the views from its elevated position overlooking Praia de Vale Centeanes and the Atlantic Ocean.
All main rooms including bedrooms in the main building have a south facing aspect allowing excellent views of the cliffs and the sea. They are furnished with glazed sliding doors allowing access to either the upper or lower terrace and flood the rooms with natural light.
The property has two parking areas, one within the gated grounds for up to two vehicles and one vehicle roadside at the first entrance.
The front door opens on to an open plan living area. The first impression on entering is the exceptional view from the wall to wall south facing glazed patio doors. Whilst open plan, this room has defined lounge and dining areas, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The lounge has wall mounted flat screen TV and a fire. The fully fitted kitchen overlooks the dining area and boasts oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and sink. There is a door from this room to the terrace and pool area.
The ground floor of the property also has a guest cloakroom and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, the en suite has a walk-in shower with an ocean view.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with twin beds, the en suite has a bath with a hand-held shower fitting and also has an ocean view.
Access to two further bedrooms on the first floor is from an impressive staircase to an open landing with a spectacular view of the sea and cliffs. There are sliding glazed doors to the upper terrace and a sheltered seating area.
Bedroom 3 is a twin-bedded room, the en suite has a walk-in shower and double sink.
Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom with windows to three walls with views of the pool, lower terrace in addition to the upper terrace and the ocean. There is a king size bed, the en suite bathroom is a wet room with a bath and hand-held shower figment and double sink.
The property has been designed to maximize the outdoor space. The upper and lower terraces wrap around three sides of the property making it the perfect platform for viewing both sunrise and sunset. Both terraces are furnished with comfortable furniture to enhance your relaxation. There is an additional roof terrace with a panoramic view of the surrounding area with a Jacuzzi that can be used for an extra cost.
The lower terrace incorporates an impressive leisure area with a good sized pool and ample space for relaxation, it includes a bbq and bar/kitchen area with sink, wine fridge, food preparation facilities and a cloakroom.
There is an additional poolside bedroom with en suite facilities, this bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the pool and terrace.
The property has electric shutters and air conditioning throughout, together flat screen TV in all bedrooms.
The property has been furnished to a very high standard and should satisfy the most discerning clients.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Centeanes , the location was perfect, an easy & beautiful 20 min walk into Carovoerio. The O-stop restaurant on the beach was a 5 min walk and an absolute gem and we went multiple times. The kitchen was well stocked wsee more

The O-stop restaurant on the beach was a 5 min walk and an absolute gem and we went multiple times. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc and having a washer/dryer was great. The only complaint I have is if you have a large group as we did and had a full size van, parking is very tricky, especially getting out. Other than that our stay was fantastic!!!

A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views! We had the most amazing stay at Katherine’s villa. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning sea views. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a charming, relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean. The location is ideal – peaceful and 6 minutes walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to town. The host was incredibly welcoming and very responsive. Evenings and mornings were very cold, I asked for a thick duvet for all the beds and they were changed whilst we were out. It was as nice surprise. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with unparalleled sea views, this villa is an absolute must! We can't wait to return.

We were very pleased with the home and its amenities. Location is wonderful, but initially a little hard to find. Directions should be to go behind the Mona Lisa restaurant. It would also help to keep the remote parking gate opener in the lock box assee more

The only downside was the noise from the construction site during the day however they weren’t working on Friday SaturdaySunday and we spent every afternoon on the beach . Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The views from every room in the house are absolutely stunning. The common area is relaxing and was comfortable for our 7 person group. The beach was a quick walk down (and a mot of steps back up - but not bad) and was beautiful and not crowded at all in late March. Do not be intimidated by the steps up to the left either, it is worth the climb and there is a lengthy path along the ocean that is beautiful. I would definitely be cautious about bringing any larger vehicle to park (like a van). We had two smaller cars and had no issues parking. Thanks again for having us, we hope to be back again soon!

The bedding is very comfortable, worthy of a hotel! The view is superb and the facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi) are top notch. Beautiful walks accessible from the house to stroll along the cliffs. An excellent place to spend a New Year! We were lucky not to be bothered by the noise of the works because there were no workers at this time, but, as mentioned in the description, there is a house under construction just above the house, so I imagine it can be rather noisy.

Amazing place!! Clean, spacious and the views are wonderful. The beach is extremely close (5min walking). The house is in a very strategic location with easy access to other beaches. Carvoeiro has a nice small village center with restaurants and stores/supermarkets. Also, Carvoeiro trail is extremely worth it and the house is located right in front of the start of the trail. We loved our stay!

It is a very nice house with a good location. You can see a lot and are quickly at the beach. The kitchen amenities are great and even a few groceries and drinks were provided. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. The outdoor area of the house was also beautiful and well maintained. What unfortunately disturbed us were the many construction sites in the area, as this caused noise and the road to the house was unfortunately closed on one day. Unfortunately, the hot tub was only filled after a few days and was therefore not usable for the first few days. However, the normal pool was usable at all times and well suited for swimming. Otherwise, everything was super easy and flexible both at check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable in the house.

The property is beautiful and located in an ideal location along the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail hike and minutes from the beach and restaurants. We had nine guests and had plenty of room. The rooftop hottub offered amazing views. Would highly recommsee more

The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning views that the photos do not do justice to, amazing rooms and beautiful decorations and design. Host was perfect leaving clear instructions and some lovely welcome snacks. Good access to beach and town. Lovesee more
