Electric gates lead up a private driveway to the entrance of the house. There is a fully fitted kitchen and entrance WC, dining area with patio doors leading to an inner courtyard with BBQ. The lounge area has triple aspect windows which flood the room with light. Patio doors lead to the private pool (9x4m), terrace and further BBQ area. There is external dining table and chairs which benefit from a retractable awning for shade. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds which share the use of the family bathroom.
