Description
Occupying a plot of almost 5000 square meters, this single storey villa offers a peaceful location just a few minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, Praia da Marinha.
From here you can pick up the Seven Hanging Valleys (walking) Trail and view the spectacular coastline of the area.
Within a five minute drive are the stunning Benagil caves which you can see by boat, paddleboard or kayak. Carvoeiro is a ten-minute drive (taxis on average €10 to12) and has many restaurants, shops and plenty of beaches to explore. Zoomarine and Slide & Splash are within easy driving distance.
The villa is set well back from the road and offers a private driveway with space for several cars to the front of the house. The villa is surrounded by mature landscaped gardens with palm trees and a large grass area for children to play. There is also a pool table in a shaded spot.
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. The spacious lounge and dining area are well furnished and offers a built in bar, wood burning stove and smart TV. Sliding patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area which has external dining furniture and private kidney shaped swimming pool (8x5m) which can be heated (additional cost) during the cooler months. There are plenty of sun loungers and from this area you can enjoy the view of the gardens.
There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room. There are sliding patio doors to the terrace and views over the lawn and gardens. A further king size bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with two single beds which can be zipped together to form a super king bed. This bedroom also has sliding patio doors to a terrace with views over the gardens. These bedrooms share the use of a family shower room. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space and benefit from air conditioning.
The villa has several different areas to sit outside so you will always find a place in either the sun or shade or away from the rest of the party just to enjoy a book. The roof terrace offers spectacular views, a great place to enjoy a glass of wine whilst the sun goes down.
There are two restaurants you can easily reach by foot and many more just a short taxi or drive away. Overall, this is a great family villa for those who enjoy a peaceful location.

Very spacious indoors and outside with several areas to eat or drink in the sun. The garden has colourful plants and attracts a lot of different birds. The pool was heated in Feb/early March which was nice. The kitchen is well equipped and we were psee more

Communications with Elite Rentals were very good.

One small point for winter guests is that even on sunny days the property cools down quickly. With no door into the lounge area, heat is lost into the hall and corridor. It is a lovely open space but it would have been good to have had a drape to pulsee more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely well equipped. Privacy and pool a delight. So much variety of places to sit and sun, enjoying the garden. Very comfortable and a wonderful place to relax.

A wonderful stay for myself and two children. lots for them to do, beach walkable and everyone friendly and helpful. The best and quietest beach was on the hiking track East with hardly anyone on it, about a 1 mile hike and totally worth it. gorgeoussee more

Located in Vale del Rei, just a short drive from Carvoeiro, this magnificent 4-bedroom villa is on a plot of over 2300 square meters. The area is peaceful and quiet and the garden with the native trees and plants offer privacy to guests. The sweeping drive leads to the front of the villa. On the entrance level, there are two double bedrooms with shower rooms en suite together with a twin room and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Patio doors from one of the bedrooms leads to the garden and pool area. There is a welcoming and comfortable lounge area, dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a roof terrace looking to the pool area. Externally there is a kidney shaped pool and terrace with sun loungers. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a further covered seating area with lounge furniture and BBQ. For the kids there is darts and boule. There are 3 golf courses close by and several others within a short distance. A short drive from the villa are caves of Benagil and Praia do Marinha, one of the most photographed beaches in Portugal. The seven hanging valleys trail also starts just a short drive from the villa, this is a wonderful walking track to see the stunning coastline of the area. There is a large fully fitted kitchen along with a spacious lounge and dining area with lots of natural light. Patio doors lead from the dining room and lounge to a terrace and seating area and the large swimming pool, gardens and BBQ all of which is entirely private.
