O apartamento de férias de autoserviço Casa Mar Azul é um apartamento de rés-do-chão moderno e decorado com bom gosto, com 2 quartos/2 casas de banho, situado numa rua tranquila sem saída, no topo de uma colina com vista para a pitoresca cidade de Carvoeiro, oferecendo vistas deslumbrantes para o oceano. A praia, bem como o centro da cidade com todas as lojas, restaurantes e bares, podem ser facilmente alcançados a 5 minutos a pé.
O quarto principal oferece uma cama de casal e casa de banho privativa, bem como um armário embutido (com cofre no interior), uma secretária e cadeira separadas. O segundo quarto apresenta 2 camas individuais e um armário embutido também. Existe uma segunda casa de banho completa com banheira/chuveiro de hidromassagem, bidé e secador de cabelo. Serão fornecidos toalhas e roupa de cama, bem como um serviço de limpeza a meio da semana.
A cozinha totalmente equipada em conceito aberto apresenta um balcão de pequeno-almoço e vista para o oceano. As comodidades incluem máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupa, torradeira, chaleira elétrica, máquina de café, espremedor de citrinos, máquina de espresso, cafeteira de êmbolo, frigorífico/congelador, placa de cozinha e forno. Também estão disponíveis uma tábua de passar a ferro, ferro e estendal. Caso necessite de cadeiras altas ou berços, por favor informe-nos e estes podem ser disponibilizados.

Carvoeiro is quite touristy, but still has some really nice shops and many good restaurants. The apartment also includes two parking spaces for cars, so you could always get in a cool car for excursions. Someone was always quick to reach from the agency. We were even allowed to check out a little later because our flight didn't go back home until the evening. We can only recommend the apartment and if we come to the Algarve again, we will rent the apartment again. Thank you!

The only comment I have, which is not necessarily a negative, is that the place is in a condo complexe and the neighbours are very close and the pool can be crowded. So if you are looking from some privacy, this may not be the best place for you. Also the underground parking is a blessing. That being said I would come back here in a heart beat.

Within a couple of days after arrival, we met Mariane who provided us with information about the apartment ( appliances, heating/cooling ), etc. as well as information about local points of interest. We were 2 senior couples who rented this apartment and we found the apartment met our needs very well with 2 beds/2baths and a nice living area. The kitchen was well equipped to let us prepare full meals. The location was excellent as it is within walking distance of countless cafes, restaurants, shopping and the beach. We also enjoyed the pool outside our patio door. It is a bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but the magnificent views make the walk worthwhile. We would stay here again without hesitation and would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great vacation in the Algarve.

Stayed 6 nights here. Can’t beat the location. Can walk to the beach and town. Parking in private garage was a plus. The place was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Only downside is the walls are thin. Everything else was great.

Este apartamento acolhedor de um quarto em Carvoeiro pode ser exactamente o que precisa. Localizado no primeiro andar, oferece vistas deslumbrantes para o mar e fica a uma curta distância a pé da bela praia das Centeanes. Note que o acesso ao primeiro andar requer subir alguns degraus. Está a apenas 20 metros dos penhascos dramáticos e do famoso trilho dos Sete Vales Suspensos - perfeito para caminhadas matinais ou vistas ao pôr do sol.
No interior, há uma cama de casal confortável no quarto principal, além de uma cama extra num pequeno nicho mesmo ao lado do quarto, ótimo para crianças. A sala de estar, cozinha e área de refeições em planta aberta facilita o relaxamento ou a confeção de uma refeição após um dia na praia.
