The self-catering holiday rental Casa Mar Azul is a modern and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor apartment on a quiet dead-end street perched on the hilltop overlooking the picturesque town of Carvoeiro with stunning views of the ocean. The beach as well as town centre with all the shops, restaurants and bars can be easily reached within 5 minute walking distance.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite as well as a built-in closet (with a safe inside), a separate desk and chair. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a built-in closet as well. There is a second full bathroom complete with jetted bathtub/shower combination, bidet and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens will be provided as well as a mid-week cleaning service.
The fully equipped open concept kitchen features a breakfast bar and views of the ocean. The amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, citrus juicer, Espresso machine, French press, fridge/freezer, cooktop and oven. An ironing board, iron and clotherack are also available. Should you require highchairs or babycots please let us know and these can be provided for you.
There is also a large dining table and chairs and a comfortable living room with a flat screen satellite TV. A WII game console, cards, board games and books are added for your entertainment as well as free WIFI.
The living room features sliding doors opening to the huge communal sun-terrace with sun loungers and swimming pool with separate childrens pool, from where you can enjoy breathtaking seaviews. An outdoor dining and lounge set as well as two private lounge chairs with paraso and beach towelsl are provided for you on the patio.
Two convient parking spots are allocated specifically for the apartment in the secure underground parkade. An air conditioning/heating system is also installed as well as electric shutters in front of all double glased windows.
There is a strict non-smoking policy and pets are also not allowed!

Very enjoyable stay, any queries were dealt with promptly, would stay again. Only advice is that if you are hiring a car do not get a very big one , parking space can be tight if spaces around you are occupied

Prior to arrival Katharine was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided all the information we needed to find the apartment and get in. Within a couple of days after arrival, we met Mariane who provided us with information about the aparsee more
Prior to arrival Katharine was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided all the information we needed to find the apartment and get in. Within a couple of days after arrival, we met Mariane who provided us with information about the apartment ( appliances, heating/cooling ), etc. as well as information about local points of interest. We were 2 senior couples who rented this apartment and we found the apartment met our needs very well with 2 beds/2baths and a nice living area. The kitchen was well equipped to let us prepare full meals. The location was excellent as it is within walking distance of countless cafes, restaurants, shopping and the beach. We also enjoyed the pool outside our patio door. It is a bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but the magnificent views make the walk worthwhile. We would stay here again without hesitation and would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great vacation in the Algarve.

The really very nice apartment belongs to a small complex with a shared pool. In a few minutes walk you are on the beaches, in restaurants and in the small village. Carvoeiro is quite touristy, but still has some really nice shops and many good restasee more

The apartment also includes two parking spaces for cars, so you could always get in a cool car for excursions. Someone was always quick to reach from the agency. We were even allowed to check out a little later because our flight didn't go back home until the evening. We can only recommend the apartment and if we come to the Algarve again, we will rent the apartment again. Thank you!

The only comment I have, which is not necessarily a negative, is that the place is in a condo complexe and the neighbours are very close and the pool can be crowded. So if you are looking from some privacy, this may not be the best place for you. Also the underground parking is a blessing. That being said I would come back here in a heart beat.

Stayed 6 nights here. Can’t beat the location. Can walk to the beach and town. Parking in private garage was a plus. The place was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Only downside is the walls are thin. Everything else was great.
