Portugal had experienced some severe storms, and unfortunately our condo was affected. Thankfully, Katherine truly came to the rescue. She quickly offered us three alternative options and made sure we weren’t left stranded. Her responsiveness and care made all the difference. The unit we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and did not disappoint. It had everything we were looking for—modern, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the beach and great restaurants. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

While we stayed there was a minor issue with drains, but plumber was sent to fix this....however a smell did emanate from some drains, something that happens in small villages like Carvoeiro. This was a town issue rather than an apartment issue. Other issue was sporadic internet at times....didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Very comfortable beds in all bedrooms. Loads of towels which were changed regularly. Very easy access from village - also easy to find and access through lock-box system. Balcony to enjoy breakfast in the sun.

You can not see the beach from the apartment, but you have a lively view of the town. SOme really good restaurants are just around the corner.

It was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of town and quiet bedrooms. It does appear that work is still being done on the apartment below, but there was no activity during our stay. The welcome wine and chips were also a nice touch. Katharine was very responsive, check-in instructions were very clear, and we were able to store our luggage in the office nearby after check-out which was very helpful since we had an afternoon train departure. I would definitely recommend the Beach House apartment.

Fixtures and fittings all worked perfectly which all seemed to be very new which was great. Only downside was there was construction work going on in the apartment below us. There was loud noise that’s started in morning through to late afternoon. I had messaged Katharine and she was very responsive and offered alternative apartments to stay in. Unfortunately they were unsuitable for our needs so we stayed in this apartment for the duration of our stay. Construction work did not happen at the weekend which was good. Perhaps the works will be complete for the next guests but worth checking this in advance.

It was our first time in Portugal, and the Algarve area was so beautiful, and Carvoeiro in particular was a lovely town, filled with lots of amazing restaurants, and close to other towns that we were able to explore as well. We were so thankful for the local restaurant recommendations, and explored many of them, with a number of them, turning out to be our favourite meals of the trip. The accommodations were located in a spot that was within a close walking distance to so many restaurants, as well as the beachfront and boardwalk. Their accommodations were clean and comfortable, and in particular I loved the patio doors that we could open up in the morning and let the sun in while we were eating breakfast! We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area.

We found parking in the street in front of our door every time with ease. Large windows and nice terrace overlooking Estr. do Farol and surrounding areas, view is not to the sea but still great. Everything is as per pictures, apartment is clean and in great condition, very roomy! Great heat/AC in each room, smart TV, fast internet, functional kitchen for cooking which we ended up using many times, although pots & pans are in really bad condition (as is often the case in airbnbs), seems guests are never careful with nonstick pans. We usually drove to Apolonia 10 min North for groceries. Great communication prior to arrival, clear directions to find the place, no issues during stay. It was our second stay with Elite Rentals and will use them again in Carvoeiro. Would return for sure!

Wir waren 11 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und waren absolut zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung. Alles war tatsächlich so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben ist, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön ist die Lage der Wohnung. Es sind kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den vielen tollen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Katharine hat zu jeder Zeit geklappt und sie hat uns alle Fragen schnellsten beantwortet und auch dafür gesorgt, dass wir von einen auf den anderen Tag einen Staubsauger bekommen haben. Wir hatten für unsere Ankunft ein Lebensmittelpaket gebucht und somit hatte Katharine dafür gesorgt, dass wir am Abend unserer Ankunft einen vollen Kühlschrank inklusive Wein und Bier hatten. Das ist ein toller Service. Die Klimaanlage hat in jedem Zimmer wunderbar funktioniert, was im August auch unbedingt notwendig ist. In unserer Mietzeit gab es sogar einen Handtuch und Bettwäsche-Wechsel + ein Clean up des Appartements. Das war großartig. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Very nice place and very clean. Comfortable with nice view although not on the sea. Very responsive organization that came to help us on Christmas Day when we had forgotten the keys inside the apartment....No complaints.

Location was great. Spacious. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well set up. If not familiar with induction stovetop make sure to check how to use before you need it. House instructions are on line so make sure to scan the QR code that’s on the hall table. Wisee more

We enjoyed the restaurants, local shops & beach. Parking on the street worked well. It’s a bit tight so hug that wall with your car!

I have been to Carvoeiro 3 times now and I highly recommend this central apartment !

We loved staying in the apartment! It was convenient to many beaches, including some of the smaller more secluded ones, restaurants, and activities. We enjoyed the view from the deck and rooftop. Parking was also easy in the neighborhood. We will loosee more

FABULOUS ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH SPACIOUS ROOF TERRACE AND POOL JUST A SHORT WALK FROM THE CENTRE
Colina Verde apartments occupy an elevated position just a short distance from the centre of Carvoeiro. It is a small development of apartments with a shared swimming pool and there is ample parking.
Casa Lily is a one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. There is a fully fitted kitchen with small north facing terrace, a spacious lounge and dining area and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors lead from the bedroom and lounge area to a terrace. Stairs lead to the private roof terrace which has a built in BBQ, dining area and sun loungers. There are sea and town views and the area is fabulous any time of day being partly shaded.
The apartment is very well presented and is an excellent location as you can walk easily to the beach, restaurants and shops yet the area is peaceful and away from the main town.17 reviews -

Please note that access to the first floor requires taking a few stairs.
