Comfortable beds with en- suite bathroom. Very clean. While we stayed there was a minor issue with drains, but plumber was sent to fix this....however a smell did emanate from some drains, something that happens in small villages like Carvoeiro. This was a town issue rather than an apartment issue. Other issue was sporadic internet at times....didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Very comfortable beds in all bedrooms. Loads of towels which were changed regularly. Very easy access from village - also easy to find and access through lock-box system. Balcony to enjoy breakfast in the sun.

The place is in an amazing location . Beach is just a quick walk and all the restaurants are nearby. The house is very clean and the ac worked perfect which was absolutely needed since it got pretty hot. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need is present in the kitchen. The heating and airco units are perfect for every room. The 2 blankets in the sofa were warm and cosy for the more chilly evening in november. You can not see the beach from the apartment, but you have a lively view of the town. SOme really good restaurants are just around the corner.

It was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of town and quiet bedrooms. It does appear that work is still being done on the apartment below, but there was no activity during our stay. The welcome wine and chips were also a nice touch. Katharine was very responsive, check-in instructions were very clear, and we were able to store our luggage in the office nearby after check-out which was very helpful since we had an afternoon train departure. I would definitely recommend the Beach House apartment.

There was loud noise that’s started in morning through to late afternoon. I had messaged Katharine and she was very responsive and offered alternative apartments to stay in. Unfortunately they were unsuitable for our needs so we stayed in this apartment for the duration of our stay. Construction work did not happen at the weekend which was good. Perhaps the works will be complete for the next guests but worth checking this in advance.

Wir waren 11 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und waren absolut zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung. Alles war tatsächlich so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben ist, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön ist die Lage der Wohnung. Es sind kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den vielen tollen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Katharine hat zu jeder Zeit geklappt und sie hat uns alle Fragen schnellsten beantwortet und auch dafür gesorgt, dass wir von einen auf den anderen Tag einen Staubsauger bekommen haben. Wir hatten für unsere Ankunft ein Lebensmittelpaket gebucht und somit hatte Katharine dafür gesorgt, dass wir am Abend unserer Ankunft einen vollen Kühlschrank inklusive Wein und Bier hatten. Das ist ein toller Service. Die Klimaanlage hat in jedem Zimmer wunderbar funktioniert, was im August auch unbedingt notwendig ist. In unserer Mietzeit gab es sogar einen Handtuch und Bettwäsche-Wechsel + ein Clean up des Appartements. Das war großartig. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Location was great. Spacious. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well set up. If not familiar with induction stovetop make sure to check how to use before you need it. House instructions are on line so make sure to scan the QR code that’s on the hall table. Wifi didn’t work but Katherine got it back on line the next day. Great city view. Nice balcony. We enjoyed the restaurants, local shops & beach. Parking on the street worked well. It’s a bit tight so hug that wall with your car!

I have been to Carvoeiro 3 times now and I highly recommend this central apartment !

We loved staying in the apartment! It was convenient to many beaches, including some of the smaller more secluded ones, restaurants, and activities. We enjoyed the view from the deck and rooftop. Parking was also easy in the neighborhood. We will loosee more
