This spacious ground floor apartment / condo offers a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with free WiFi and smart TV. Sliding doors open up to a large west facing terrace with picturesque views across Carvoeiro village and some sea view - relax on the sun beds or enjoy a late afternoon sundowner with a meal outside!!
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster as well as built in dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer so you can travel light.
There are two bedrooms with ample storage in fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and you’ll also find a fitted coded safe for your valuables. The master double bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a bidet and the twin bedroom a bathroom with a walk in shower.
Both bedrooms can be made up as double beds or two singles according to your wishes.
There is also the possibility of using the sofa bed in the living room.
Amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a dedicated secure parking space in the underground car park where you’ll also find beach chairs for your use.
Carvoeiro is a fantastic destination offering an abundance of excellent restaurants in a characterful and charming town.
The welcoming ambience makes it ideal for families during the holiday season or anytime for couples and retirees outside the peak seasons.
Close by is some of the most stunning coastline in the Algarve which can be enjoyed on the Carvoeiro boardwalk or on boat trips from the beach.

We stayed at the house for a week. The house was really lovely, very spacious and it's situated so that the sun is on the terrace from lunchtime all through til the evening! It's within a couple of minutes walk to the shops, beach and restaurants whisee more
We stayed at the house for a week. The house was really lovely, very spacious and it's situated so that the sun is on the terrace from lunchtime all through til the evening! It's within a couple of minutes walk to the shops, beach and restaurants which was great but because it's higher up, you can't hear all the hustle and bustle. Kitchen had all the amenities, the house had really good AC, large bedrooms and both bathrooms were spacious. The terrace is large, has a lovely table, outdoor sofas and a few sunloungers, plenty of room. All in all, a great stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to carvoeiro!

Loved this apartment and the location. It’s both central to the town and the beach. Nice and clean with everything that we needed was provided, including towels and beach towels. The agency staff at Elite Rentals were very helpful when we needed themsee more

This apartment is perfect for a family. With 2 young kids it was great to be walking distance to the beach and so many different restaurants and snack bars. Outside the town there’s a grocery store for the bigger type shopping but there is also a closee more

Outside the town there’s a grocery store for the bigger type shopping but there is also a close by supermercado that had all the little things you need, like water everyday!! Will be back!!
