Sliding doors open up to a large west facing terrace with picturesque views across Carvoeiro village and some sea view - relax on the sun beds or enjoy a late afternoon sundowner with a meal outside!!
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster as well as built in dishwasher and a clothes washer/dryer so you can travel light.
There are two bedrooms with ample storage in fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and you’ll also find a fitted coded safe for your valuables. The master double bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a bidet and the twin bedroom a bathroom with a walk in shower.
Both bedrooms can be made up as double beds or two singles according to your wishes.
There is also the possibility of using the sofa bed in the living room.
Amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a dedicated secure parking space in the underground car park where you’ll also find beach chairs for your use.

Access to the property by car is extremely hazardous up a very narrow and very steep street. Likewise the garage is located down a very narrow steep hill and manoeuvring in and out is very difficult.

We loved our short stay at Carvoeiro Terrace. The apartment was very clean, tidy and ordered, and the terrace was fab. Having a parking space in the basement was a real bonus too. Only a few minutes walk to all that Carvoeiro has to offer. We hope tosee more

We stayed at the house for a week. The house was really lovely, very spacious and it's situated so that the sun is on the terrace from lunchtime all through til the evening! It's within a couple of minutes walk to the shops, beach and restaurants whisee more

It's within a couple of minutes walk to the shops, beach and restaurants which was great but because it's higher up, you can't hear all the hustle and bustle. Kitchen had all the amenities, the house had really good AC, large bedrooms and both bathrooms were spacious. The terrace is large, has a lovely table, outdoor sofas and a few sunloungers, plenty of room. All in all, a great stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to carvoeiro!

Seul petit bémol, le vis-à -vis sur la terrasse avec celles des voisins, un petit brise vue serait le bienvenu. Merci pour tout, je commande ce logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

En février la résidence étant très vide nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse (j'imagine que l'été la promiscuité avec les terrasses voisines des autres appartements doit plus se faire ressentir puisque les murs de séparations sont bas). le seul petit bémol par rapport à la description a été que l'ouverture de la porte du garage dysfonctionnant, il convenait de se garer dehors pour plus de simplicité. Aucun problème à cette saison car il y avait des places de parking disponibles dans la rue plus haut ( a noter rue en pente pour accéder au logement et de nouveau en pente dans l'autre sens pour accéder au places de parking).

Het interieur is warm en gezellig, met lampjes, een elektrische haard en tal van boeken. De wifi werkte uitstekend. De keuken is supergoed uitgerust met keukengerei, kruiden, bewaarpotjes en vaatwastabletten. Alles wat je nodig hebt om makkelijk te koken, is aanwezig. Alles was bovendien heel proper en hygiënisch, en er waren meer dan genoeg bad- en strandhanddoeken. De accommodatie is ruim, met grote kamers, comfortabele bedden die niet kraken en zachte donsdekens. Een groot, zonnig terras en de ruime ondergrondse parking maken het helemaal af.

This apartment is perfect for a family. With 2 young kids it was great to be walking distance to the beach and so many different restaurants and snack bars. Outside the town there’s a grocery store for the bigger type shopping but there is also a closee more
