This is our 3rd stay in this place. Our family of 4 including 2 kids aged 7 & 9 enjoyed the house and surroundings every season of the year. Only good to say about it. Katharine’s responsiveness and support is great as always.

Property was as described. Lovely quiet location with easy parking. Check in was very straightforward. House was very clean and the housekeepers visited 3 times during our stay. Pool area was great, we always got sunbeds when we wanted. Great restaursee more

Pool area was great, we always got sunbeds when we wanted. Great restaurant just 5 minutes walk away and if we visited Carvoeiro we parked at Monte Carvoeiro square and walked in. Negatives - poor lighting in the kitchen and the extractor fan above the hob wasn't working. The bathrooms could do with updating. We were supplied with partially used toilet rolls (surely not a great expense?!) before we bought them - and extra bin liners - from Aldi. Enjoyed our holiday and Presa de Moura is a lovely, well maintained development. It's in a quiet area but easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to visit.

We were given this accommodation due to water damage to the accommodation we had originally booked and are already looking for flights next year to book this accommodation again. This time we did so deliberately. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. If you have a car, the relative distance to the nearest beach is not a problem. Everything - towns, beaches, bars and restaurants - can be reached quickly by car. Thank you for the good service before and during our stay. The cleaner was extremely careful and even emptied our dishwasher. We will definitely be back.

Located in the centre of Carvoeiro, this charming traditional house has been beautifully converted and restored maintaining traditional features which have been wonderfully blended with modern luxuries. The house has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a private courtyard with external dining area and BBQ featuring a mature Olive tree to provide shade in the summer months.
Wooden stairs lead to a mezzanine level with double bed. To the rear of the property is a small room with bunk beds and a bathroom with large walk in shower. The décor and furnishing of the house is welcoming light and has a holiday feel.
The beach in Carvoeiro is a an easy 10 minute walk and restaurants, bars and shops can be reached by foot. Several other excellent beaches are close including Centeanes which is excellent for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.
There is free public parking available outside the house. There are several golf courses within a ten minute drive and there is a water park within a ten minute drive.16 reviews
