There is a terrace to the front of the house with dining table, a perfect spot to watch the activity of the town. On entrance level there is a service WC. Stairs lead to the bedrooms, both with double beds. One has an en suite bathroom and there is a further bathroom. A further staircase leads to the roof terrace with exterior lounge seating area which is partially covered providing shade for the sunny weather.
Removed from the hectic resort towns, Ferragudo is a popular destination for its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, picturesque harbour, and some of the best beaches in the Algarve. Within the village there is a fantastic selection of outstanding restaurants, cafes, and artisan shops. Ferragudo’s central location also makes it an excellent choice for exploring the Algarve. Portimao is easily accessible via water ferry, while a short drive will take you to the lovely towns of Carvoeiro or Silves.

This fabulous two-storey townhouse commands an elevated position on the prestigious Vila Castelo traditional development. In less than ten minutes you can walk to the stunning Praia Grande beach which offers several excellent restaurants including Club Nau which hosts live music events throughout the year. The beach also offers water sports. The centre of Ferragudo can also be reached on foot in under ten minutes and here you will find winding cobbled streets with traditional restaurants and small independent shops. You can watch the fisherman bring their fresh catch in on the boats and enjoy wonderful fresh fish cooked on an open fire in one of the several restaurants on the water front. The townhouse is ideally placed, set just back from the road in a quiet location but close to all amenities. On entrance, there is a fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area. A south facing balcony with sea views leads from the lounge and has external dining area with awning to provide shade. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom with a private north facing terrace, ideal for some morning sun. This bedroom has the use of a full bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and further terrace leading from patio doors, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. Just a few steps away, the town-house enjoys access to the communal pool which has a snack bar, plenty of sun loungers and regular activities hosted by the condominium. Situated between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, Boa nova is a small complex of properties with large communal swimming pool and tennis courts. Praia dos Caneiros is less than five minutes by car and there are several excellent golf courses within a fifteen minute drive. The property is on the first floor and on entrance there is a spacious modern kitchen with high quality appliances and is open plan with the lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead to a large terrace with external dining and lounge furniture to enjoy the views to Monchique and across to Portimao. There is a bathroom on this floor also. Stairs lead to the upper floor which offers 2 bedrooms facing south, one with twin beds and a the second with King size bed. The king size bedroom benefits from patio doors to a small terrace. These bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with bath over shower. The master bedroom has king size bed and faces north with views of the mountains and has an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower and a large private terrace. The roof terrace has 360 degree views which are simply breath taking. There is a lounge area with fire pit, ideal for watching the magical sunsets. There is a built in exterior kitchen with charcoal and gas BBQ and sun loungers. The mountains, sea and views over Portimao can be enjoyed from this magnificent space.
