On the ground floor, there is a lounge and dining area with fireplace and patio doors to the gardens and pool area. MAGNIFICENT 5 BEDROOM VILLA SITUATED ON THE PRESTIGIOUS CARVOEIRO CLUB
This magnificent single storey villa has over two thousand square meters of landscaped gardens. It is located on the prestigious Carvoeiro Club development, where there is a gym and tennis club within easy walking distance and an excellent restaurant. There are many beautiful beaches only 1.8 km from the house, accessible by foot or a short drive. There are some wonderful golf courses just a short 10 to 15 minutes away.
On entrance to the villa there is a grand hallway with an entrance toilet. The lounge and dining area is light, open plan and has patio doors leading to the gardens. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with high end appliances, wine fridge and seating area.
The villa offers five bedrooms, four have large double beds and the fifth has three single beds. If in need of a fifth double bed, two of the single mattresses can be zipped and locked together. One of the double bedrooms also has a single bed ideal for a child. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space and access to the gardens. (All beds are 180cm long, so would be a good fit for adults or children.
There is a large laundry room, with front load Bosch washer and dryer, ironing board and folding area. This is also where the children’s pool toys and strollers etc. have been stored.
There are three family bathrooms all of which have walk in showers and two offer jacuzzi baths.
The private heated swimming pool (pool heating service has an extra cost) is 12x5 meters and is beautifully presented with an attractive dolphin water fountain, a waterfall fountain into the pool and a rock waterfall just off the pool. At the edge of the pool there is shallow seating area with jacuzzi jets. There is a pool kitchen just off the pool terrace, and fully equipped with bamboo bowls and snack plates. Large shatter proof dinner plates, flatware, and plastic tall glasses or wine glasses. This kitchen is ideal for al fresco dining and BBQs. There is also a large American style BBQ on the terrace next to the dining table.
There are multiple shaded seating areas, lounging and dining areas around the property, always somewhere to take yourself away from the group to enjoy reading a book or a quiet cup of tea.
The mature gardens are beautifully kept with lawn areas for children to play. There are numerous beautiful hand painted fresco tile walls around the exterior adding character and charm. Also, on top of the house is a small seating area which offers a view of the sea and surrounding villas.
