MAGNIFICENT 5 BEDROOM VILLA SITUATED ON THE PRESTIGIOUS CARVOEIRO CLUB
This magnificent single storey villa has over two thousand square meters of landscaped gardens. It is located on the prestigious Carvoeiro Club development, where there is a gym and tennis club within easy walking distance and an excellent restaurant. There are many beautiful beaches only 1.8 km from the house, accessible by foot or a short drive. There are some wonderful golf courses just a short 10 to 15 minutes away.
On entrance to the villa there is a grand hallway with an entrance toilet. The lounge and dining area is light, open plan and has patio doors leading to the gardens. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with high end appliances, wine fridge and seating area.
The villa offers five bedrooms, four have large double beds and the fifth has three single beds. If in need of a fifth double bed, two of the single mattresses can be zipped and locked together. One of the double bedrooms also has a single bed ideal for a child. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space and access to the gardens. (All beds are 180cm long, so would be a good fit for adults or children.
There is a large laundry room, with front load Bosch washer and dryer, ironing board and folding area. This is also where the children’s pool toys and strollers etc. have been stored.
There are three family bathrooms all of which have walk in showers and two offer jacuzzi baths.
The private heated swimming pool (pool heating service has an extra cost) is 12x5 meters and is beautifully presented with an attractive dolphin water fountain, a waterfall fountain into the pool and a rock waterfall just off the pool. At the edge of the pool there is shallow seating area with jacuzzi jets. There is a pool kitchen just off the pool terrace, and fully equipped with bamboo bowls and snack plates. Large shatter proof dinner plates, flatware, and plastic tall glasses or wine glasses. This kitchen is ideal for al fresco dining and BBQs. There is also a large American style BBQ on the terrace next to the dining table.
There are multiple shaded seating areas, lounging and dining areas around the property, always somewhere to take yourself away from the group to enjoy reading a book or a quiet cup of tea.
The mature gardens are beautifully kept with lawn areas for children to play. There are numerous beautiful hand painted fresco tile walls around the exterior adding character and charm. Also, on top of the house is a small seating area which offers a view of the sea and surrounding villas.
Overall, this fabulous villa offers space, luxury and style to families or golf outings wanting to spend holidays in the Algarve. Decorated and furnished to a high standard with exquisite attention to detail. This villa is simply a delight!

All we can say is that there needs to be more sunbeds for 10 persons. There needs to be locks on the bathroom doors. A bit of pool tidy up missing titles.., but other than those very small items the villa was beautiful. The cleaning ladies were excsee more

The Villa had great facilities inside and out and so many nooks and crannies where you could find peace if you were seeking it. Cleaner and pool cleaner attend regularly and there was plenty of linen/towels available. If heading early season - I would recommend paying to have the pool heated - it made all the difference and we were straight in every day. Many thanks to the team at Elite Rentals for their excellent communication throughout

The photos on the site don't do this property justice, it blew us away when we opened the door and explored for the first time! The grounds are also larger than expected - we enjoyed fresh lemons from the lemon tree in one of the gardens! The pool was perfect and we enjoyed grilled fish and meats every night on the barbeque.

Superbly situated, this stunning villa is a short walk from Carvoeiro centre so is ideal for groups who do not wish to rely on a car during their holiday. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. On entering the villa, there is an extremely spacious lounge and dining area with large patio doors leading out to the terrace and BBQ which overlooks the pool and gardens. There is also a fitted kitchen and a hall way leading to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom including a large Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and twin basins. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with a small patio, which share a bathroom. There are stairs leading to a large double bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom and a door out to an enormous roof terrace which has fabulous views over the town and the sea. On the downstairs level, there is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and twin basins. There is a second lounge area which is extremely spacious and has patio doors out to the pool and gardens. This area also offers a further bathroom and pool table in a games room with drinks fridge and eating area. All bathrooms have recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard and offer clients under floor heating. There is also air conditioning in the two lounges and the bedrooms. Overall, this villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and offers clients flexible living space. The villa is in a fabulous location and is extremely spacious both inside and out with well maintained mature gardens and a large pool. The villa is fully secured with electric gates and is fenced so children can play in the garden, there is also a car port with space for two cars. For large groups, you would struggle to find a better villa. The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on Carvoeiro Clube, this five bedroom villa occupies a plot of over 3000 square meters of mature gardens. There is a gated driveway leading to the two storey villa. On entrance level there is a spacious hall way with attactive curved stair case leading to the master bedroom and en suite bathroom.
