Just a short walk from the villa is Praia do Carvalho, a beautiful hidden gem of a beach. Within just a few minutes you can join the Seven Hanging Valleys walking trail which is a stunning cliff walk from Vale Centeanes to Praia da Marinha. You can walk to the Bela Vita Italian restaurant and there is a small supermarket at Rocha Brava for fresh bread and other essentials. There are many other fantastic restaurants within a short drive or taxi ride. There a tennis courts on the development that can be used for a small fee and also a communal swimming pool and children's play area.
On entering the house, you find yourself in the long spacious dining area and fully fitted kitchen. There is a step down into the lounge which has patio doors leading to the south facing terrace and garden and beautiful sea views. There is a seating area with beautifully hand painted traditional Portuguese tiles with dining table. On the other side of the terrace directly outside the kitchen is a further seating area with retractable awning and large built in BBQ. On this side of the house there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one double bed. These rooms share the use of a bathroom with walk in shower. On the other side of the villa there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering a bath with overhead shower. There is a further double and twin bedroom which share the use of a further bathroom.
The private pool is 12x6 meters. The gardens are beautifully maintained and frame the wonderful view to the sea.
