This five-bedroom villa is ideally situated just a short walk into Carvoeiro center and has the benefit of a studio, so it comfortably sleeps nine people.
Vale Verde enjoys unrivaled convenience, situated close to the town center with the shops, restaurants, and Carvoeiro beach all a few minutes' walk away. On the road up past the municipal market, Vale Verde has fine sea views and overlooks a natural valley that runs down into the village. This spacious villa has recently been partly renovated while retaining a traditional feel. There is a mini supermarket 100m away, open every day. Overall, this quiet villa is ideally situated for families being so close to the village, within easy walking distance, and great for larger groups who do not wish to rely on a car!
On the entrance level, there is a comfortable lounge area and dining room with sea views and a well-equipped, newly fully fitted kitchen. There is a double bedroom with a new bathroom and patio doors leading to a north-facing terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms, one of which has patio doors leading to a private south-facing balcony with sea views, and two further bathrooms. Stairs lead down to a large, separate lounge with an open-plan fully fitted kitchen, a further twin room, and a bathroom. There is a further double bedroom with a new en-suite shower room, which has external access, so it is not suitable for young children to occupy alone. This spacious house comfortably sleeps ten people.
Externally, there is a large swimming pool and terrace area with plenty of natural shade and space for sun loungers. There is a BBQ area with a sink, a pool table, a table tennis table, and several areas for external dining. There is also a large, secure, secluded garden with more seating and dining areas, which could be gated off for the safety of small children.

We all loved our stay in Vale Verde. The house is spacious and beautiful and is ideally located for the perfect combination of peace and quiet and proximity to Carvoeiro town. We made good use of the heated pool and plentiful outside seating. We had see more

We made good use of the heated pool and plentiful outside seating. We had one power outage but the Elite staff were very quick to act and had an electrician on site within a couple of hours, who fixed the problem.

Could do with a shower and toilet down by the pool maybe in the little shed holding the pool toys would make this villa even better. Living area got a little hot so air conditioning would be good but otherwise great villa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Vale Verde! As a family of 5 couples, we had enough space (even if we had to fight a bit for the best rooms at first). The pool area is beautiful and the house has everything you need. You can easily walk to the sesee more

The pool area is beautiful and the house has everything you need. You can easily walk to the seato the village, where there are good restaurants, shops and entertainment. When we arrived one of the dishwashers was broken and unfortunately we had 3 power cuts. However, Katherine responded very quickly and took care of things. Thank you very much :)

We were in awe of the beauty and spaciousness of the villa. It had every amenity we could want, including regular pool service and a complete midweek housecleaning. We enjoyed many hours at the pristine pool We were delighted to find a pool table, table tennis and a barbeque centre. Children and adults could be active or enjoy quiet activities. There was plenty of space for both. Carvoeiro itself is a small, friendly town with a gorgeous beach, boardwalk to new discoveries and a family restaurant across the street from our villa. Thank you for making our family vacation so perfect.

The house is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to lots of lovely restaurants and beaches. We loved the area and felt safe. We had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Only thing was two of the back doors would not lock during our stay, and were not fixed which did put us a bit on edge when leaving the property. The Wifi also didn’t work but this didn’t bother us as we had 5g. Overall very pleasant stay and would love to return !!

It was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed.Even the children appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of this home away from home. It was perfect for our family of five adults and four children We stayed for nine days and hated to leave. During our stay, we spent hours in the pristine pool and at the beach, which was only a 10 minute walk from the villa.We played outdoor table tennis and billiards. We used every amenity to the fullest. There were markets, grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. The owner was extremely helpful in every way. We would definitely return to Vale Verde and would recommend it to any familygroup of friends looking for a peaceful, comfortable and luxurious place to stay in Carvoeiro, Algarve.

The outside space was great, we were in the heated pool most days, it was warm enough despite the weather not being the warmest! We made good use of the pool table and table tennis. The location was perfect, so close to the center and beach and to the many eateries. The food was excellent and everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend Elite Villas and Villa Verde. The only comment I can make is that there were times when it was quite cold in the main living space , there wasn't any air con in this area of the villa. There was a fire, but no wood was supplied. We didn't have a car to go and get wood. I thinksee more

I think it would be good if you could supply some wood and firelighters in the colder/unpredictable months and charge as a separate amount if these items are used.
But other than that, everything was great and we would definitely come again! |

Located on the prestigious Club Atlantico resort just a short drive from Carvoeiro, this five-bedroom villa offers beautiful sea views, large garden with grass area for children to play and large private heated swimming pool. Just a short walk from the villa is Praia do Carvalho, a beautiful hidden gem of a beach. Within just a few minutes you can join the Seven Hanging Valleys walking trail which is a stunning cliff walk from Vale Centeanes to Praia da Marinha. You can walk to the Bela Vita Italian restaurant and there is a small supermarket at Rocha Brava for fresh bread and other essentials. There are many other fantastic restaurants within a short drive or taxi ride. There a tennis courts on the development that can be used for a small fee and also a communal swimming pool and children's play area. On entering the house, you find yourself in the long spacious dining area and fully fitted kitchen. There is a step down into the lounge which has patio doors leading to the south facing terrace and garden and beautiful sea views. There is a seating area with beautifully hand painted traditional Portuguese tiles with dining table. On the other side of the terrace directly outside the kitchen is a further seating area with retractable awning and large built in BBQ. On this side of the house there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one double bed. These rooms share the use of a bathroom with walk in shower. On the other side of the villa there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom offering a bath with overhead shower. There is a further double and twin bedroom which share the use of a further bathroom. The private pool is 12x6 meters. The gardens are beautifully maintained and frame the wonderful view to the sea. THIS SPLENDID VILLA IS IN A MARVELLOUS LOCATION, JUST A SHORT STROLL FROM THE CENTRE OF CARVOEIRO AND THE BUSTLING SHOPPING AND DINING AREAS AND THE TOWN BEACH. It's also located opposite to the access staircase down to Paraiso beach, which must be one of the least known beaches in the area, from the restaurant to the beautiful golden sands. From the back gate of the villa you can walk across to Monte Carvoeiro which has an attractive centre with several restaurants, bars and an useful supermarket. On the upper level there are two delightful double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room, one has doors to the upper terrace with dramatic sea views. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom and adjacent shower room. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to secluded rear sun-trap terrace. Large open-plan living and dining area with probably the best views from any kitchen you have ever seen! Ceramic hob, oven, American fridge freezer with water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer. Comfortable lounge with wood-burner, plasma screen TV.
