Located on Areias dos Moinhos just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this townhouse is ideally situated for a family holiday.
On entrance level there is a fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. Stairs lead to the roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the sea and surrounding area.
On the lower level there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with patio doors leading to a covered terrace. There is a family bathroom with large walk-in shower.
There is a shared swimming pool (12x6) which is shared between 22 properties. It has sun loungers for use and a separate children’s area.
The property is extremely well furnished and presented, ideal for families or friends. The beach, shops and restaurants can all be easily accessed by foot but if you have a car there is private parking. Centeanes beach can accessed by foot in 10-15 minutes. This is an excellent beach for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered. The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.
Within a short drive there are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho. It is also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9 hole par three course which welcomes all ages and abilities so a great activity for all the family.

This house was absolutely beautiful, just as the pictures showed!! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay outstanding, from kitchen utensils to bedroom fitting and two lovely bathrooms. Lovely roof terrace, veranda of living room and see more

Lovely roof terrace, veranda of living room and small veranda off each of the two bedrooms all with lovely furniture, not forgetting the BBQ on the main veranda. Would definitely stay here again.

This place definitely worth all the money if you are mooning for a private and quite placed.
I did not expect to be so spacious, 3 stores villa just for yourself.
Location is also amazing, pretty close to the downtown with the restaurant, and 10-15 msee more

The house is well located and very well-equipped. The decoration is of quality and the air conditioning brings a appreciated comfort including in August. The communal pool at the residence is large enough not to get in the way. Only small downside: Tsee more

Comfortable beds. Great with three different small patios/balconies, but a little crowded to have dinner on patios. Good Weber grill and very good Wi-Fi in the house. Parking outside the house. Smooth and we made very excursions by car. Cave tour by boat recommended!

The house has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a private courtyard with external dining area and BBQ featuring a mature Olive tree to provide shade in the summer months.
Wooden stairs lead to a mezzanine level with double bed. To the rear of the property is a small room with bunk beds and a bathroom with large walk in shower. The décor and furnishing of the house is welcoming light and has a holiday feel.
The beach in Carvoeiro is a an easy 10 minute walk and restaurants, bars and shops can be reached by foot. Several other excellent beaches are close including Centeanes which is excellent for families with a good restaurant/snack bar and water sports/boat trips offered.
